Junmai Ginjo 🍶 Henohenomoheji 😅 All of it is made from Yamada Nishiki 🌾 without agricultural chemicals in its own fields. Fairly yellow, strong acidity, matured. Daruma Masamune-like. I've always wanted to try a henohenomoheji. I found it at an izakaya I usually go to, so I tried it 💪. Grain aroma. The taste is quite robust with a gentle sweetness. The back end is astringent? It's good with a sharp finish 😋. I would like to drink it at various temperatures, but since it is an izakaya, I can't go that far 😇. I had it with Ara sashimi and it's great ‼️ I've never had ara before, but the meat is quite firm and filling 🐟. I have a faint memory of ara being in a delicious book 🤣.

Another one this time. It is Takatsugawa by Fusozuru. It is from Shimane Prefecture. I saw Hiraccio-san drinking it and longed for it 🙌. First at room temperature. The color is a solid yellow. The aroma is mildly savory with a hint of maturity. It smells like caramel, soy sauce, and cream cheese. The mouthfeel is gentle. The palate is drowned in the complex flavor of aged rice with a moderate acidity. When heated up, it becomes smoother and more balanced, and you can just keep on drinking it. It has a relaxing and soothing taste. When tasted with a thick Shigaraki-ware sake cup, the warmth of the clay makes it taste even better. The warmth of the clay makes it even softer and happier 💕. Aizu girl and the Takatsu River I will relax my body and soul in the late winter. What a good evening drink 😊.

Tamura's Ginga Ginga was purchased at a social event with breweries from the three prefectures of Tokyo held at the Tokyo Kotsu Kaikan on the 26th. It has a full-bodied aroma like mushrooms. Moreover, Rui Yoshida showed up as a surprise and it was a really fun event. I bought a bottle of Tamura because of its taste and the fact that it is difficult to purchase in general, but I found that all the sake breweries were delicious and made with conviction, which made me more and more interested in sake from Tokyo and Kanagawa Prefecture.

It feels light and refreshing for a moment, but then it hits you hard right after. It is quite sweet when drunk on its own, but when paired with a meal, it feels very spicy 😳. Well, even by itself, the spiciness comes through in the latter half of the bottle 😅. It has a sweetness like honey or sugar candy. I think the Sandesi watered down raw sake I bought at Harukas was easier to drink 🤔. It's easier to drink if you take it out of the fridge and let it sit for a bit 😋. I think I prefer Sandesi's raw sake in total because it's watered down and has more flavor.

On a cold day like this, I thought heated sake was the way to go, so here it is. It got a little too hot, but it was delicious after it cooled down. It smells like cedar barrels. And when it cooled down, it went right into the bottle. It's strange, it's so rich, yet it's so light. It is a great sake for less than 1,000 yen for a No. 4 bottle. The sake brewer's efforts to reduce the use of pesticides is also impressive. I bought it at a liquor store when I went out of town on a business trip. I bought it at a liquor store I stopped by when I was out of town on a business trip, and found that Kaze no Mori and Saku were at premium prices, but for some reason Kikuhime and this sake were priced very reasonable. I had always wanted to drink this sake, so I bought it without hesitation.

GW 4 days 3 nights with wife, 1,500km round trip🤣 We went on a Sanriku car trip 🙂. We stayed one night near Sendai and went to Sanriku. We had an ume (sea urchin) lunch box at Kuji station, and spent the second night in Miyako. Miyako's sake brewery, Hishiya Sake Brewery, Senryo Otokoyama. Seafood Cuisine at Murekou, a long-established bar that has been in business for over 45 years. Today we had fresh and delicious seafood dinner at Today, the restaurant was run by a pleasant elderly couple, who were basically just a customer with a reservation, but they were happy to help us at the counter.

Yesterday, I went to my favorite izakaya "我" ♡♡♡. I drank a variety of drinks in the all-you-can-drink 1 hour 1500 yen (*^^*) It was crowded, so I couldn't order at a high pitch, so I could only drink 9 kinds out of the 20 or so available...(-_-...) The 6th drink was "Miho". Oroku" and "Gassan" are the most famous sake from Shimane, so I haven't had many of the others. It has a strong sense of rice, but it's not mellow or fruity.
