Mishio Junmai Ginjo Omachi 100% Omachi produced in Okayama Prefecture Polishing ratio 50%. Alcohol content 15-16%. Sake meter degree +2, acidity 1.8 (reference) Fat 5/7, opened 5/23 I wanted to drink a dry sake from Kochi and was attracted by the label that looked like a pattern of playing cards I used to have at my parents' house 🤣. The brand "Bishio" is a new brand that started in 2014. It is one of the Junmai Ginjo series that is based on the concept of "elegant sweetness reminiscent of honey" and is part of a trilogy that includes "Kitashizuku", "Gin no Yume", and "Omachi". The aroma is almost imperceptible after opening the bottle. In the mouth, it has a fruity, fruity aroma and flavor, but at the same time, the alcohol is very strong. The acidity is moderate and not harsh. The acidity is not too strong, but it's more spicy and tingling than the number 😅. I tried to drink it after 4 days, which is unusual for me, but although the mouthfeel got better, the strong alcohol feeling didn't go away. The aftertaste is light, so it would be classified as light-dry. It's like a Tosa sake in that respect 😊. Unfortunately, it didn't suit me and was disappointing 😅. Oh! Maybe I should have tried heating it up 🤔.

Jizake Train E501 SAKIGAKE 2nd Anniversary(Yuki→Mito) We participated in an event where we could compare local sake from Ibaraki while enjoying a view of Mt. The first sake we drank was this one. Jizake Train E501 SAKIGAKE 2nd Anniversary We went to an event where you can compare local sake from Ibaraki while looking over Mt. I was most shocked by this sake. It tasted syrupy sweet and mellow. Omachi rice + Hakuto yeast used Junmai sake produced by the TAKEO 20 Project, a collaboration of agriculture, commerce, industry, and university students, using specially cultivated Omachi rice from Tatebe-cho, Kita-ku, Okayama City. The label looks modern! This one is definitely fruity 😆. Fruity sweet and sour Light and easy to drink Hiruzen style yakisoba noodles and umaumaumauma 🐎. I bought a lot of kamaboko at Sakaiminato because they are easy to carry and store 🐟. The crab has a very interesting shape and I can't stop smiling just looking at it 🦀 🦀 🦀 🦀. I found out about it thanks to the Kenmin Show program 😁.

The next drink was a Tokujiro for Joyo's distributor? Tokujiro I drank Joyo several times, but this was my first time to drink Tokujiro. I happened to see on a restaurant instagram I follow that Tokujiro was originally a joint product between a Hirakata liquor store and the Joyo Brewery. It's unfiltered, once-bottled, and heated. It's fire-brewed, but it's still slightly effervescent and has a fresh, mellow rice flavor that's really tasty 😋. I'll buy Tokujiro next time I see it.
