This is the first time I've seen this warehouse. The rice used is Maikaze. As the name suggests, everything, including the yeast, is from Gunma, and it seems to be an annual event. The mouthfeel is mild. It is bitter-sweet with a slight banana aroma. It gently finishes with a hint of umami. It seems to have a lot of depth. Well-balanced and cohesive sake. After a few drinks, it was quite late, so I headed home while eating a golden dharma bento commemorating the 140th anniversary of Takasaki Station. I will close my Gunma trip with "Akagisan" and "Funao Taki"! Sweet and sugary aroma like sugar. The taste is smooth and silky, and while it has a Gunma sake-like quality, it tastes more like a sweet sake derived from brewer's alcohol. There is nothing outstanding about it, but it is a perfect match for ekiben (boxed lunches), with its unobtrusiveness, slight sweetness, and crispness!

I went to a shopping mall to do some shopping. We wandered around Cardi's. Sake. Ice sake? I thought it would be good when it gets hotter. I tossed it in the back of the basket. I had it waiting in the freezer, but I didn't realize how quickly it would crisp up. It was hot, so I decided to finish it off with a dessert. Adult sherbet Naoshichi is a brand of citrus fruit from Kochi. It's good to have in the freezer from now on. ⭕️ The manufacturer is Kikusui Sake Brewery. No, it's from Kochi, so it's from here.

KANKOUME Animal Label Series. Junmai Ginjyo Usu Nigori (light nigori) Nama-shu with "Shirokuma" label! Slightly meek purchase😅. Gentle first impression with a fruity aroma. The refreshing acidity and light spiciness spread afterwards, and the finish was refreshing. This was the third bottle we drank on New Year's Day. We saved the Hakurakusei we had brought for another time and opened a bottle of Okutanba provided by my sister and her husband, as we did last year. It is dry but slightly fruity and easy to drink. Since I drank up the Shinkai Sanjo so quickly, I had another bottle of Shiga sake. This is a light nigori (nigori is a little bit thicker than the original) sake from Omi Tohei Sake Brewery in Higashiomi City. This sake is made by Masumoto Sake Brewery in Higashiomi City. You may not find this sake outside of Shiga. By the way, although not in Higashiomi, I stopped by my favorite museum, Lake Biwa Museum, so I'll introduce some of my lake friends with a few photos 💕. At the center is the red cheeked bite with a trademark. It is served cold. The color is a gentle light nigori. The top aroma is of blue melon and white peach with a gentle fragrance. The overall finish is dry with a strong alcohol attack, The sweet and sour aroma of blue melon and white peach mingles with the richness of milky rice, and the taste sublimates into a rich sweet and sour umami like dried fruit in the mouth. When heated, the sharp alcohol taste settles down, and the balance between the mild and mellow rice flavor and the enhanced bitterness and the thickened mouthfeel is indescribable. This feeling is 👍 in the middle. I imagine it is like a softer version of sakuten. I must drink Furozumi too!

Yesterday we went to Bicchu Matsuyama and Kibi Tsu! We were worried about rain, but it was really fortuitous that it shifted and we saw some sunshine. The view over the magnificent stone walls and town at the top of the mountain was exceptional ✨. Then we visited the Kibitsu Shrine, with its long corridor and historic appearance. The long corridor and historic appearance of the Kibitsu Shrine that we visited afterwards was truly heartwarming 🍑. After exploring, we crossed the Seto Inland Sea and drank a glass of Kibi-shu 🍶. When you open the bottle, you will find a deep aroma of nuts and chestnuts. The mouthfeel is slippery and dry. It is full-bodied with a punch of acidity and astringency, as well as a full-bodied rice flavor. It has a presence like nuts and bitter chocolate. However, the stimulation of the hot, acidic, and astringent taste tightens it up like a whip, and it has a good salty taste with a firm edge!
