I had it at a tavern sometime ago and remember it was delicious. I bought it and drank it at home. It is still delicious. Clear, juicy and slightly sweet. It didn't contain the carbon dioxide gas stated on the back label, sorry!

This Sake has a full mouth feel and some sweetness at the beginning. The flavor of this Sake is bigger than other Seitoku Sake but it still has good balance. Very good with big flavor foods like mapo tofu.

This Sake has an initial sweetness and a full mouth feel. There is a hint of cedar as the alcohol clears my pallet. Very good with big flavor foods like yakiniku. Seitoku has many Sake that I enjoy.

This Sake is light, refreshing and easy to drink. I am revisiting this Sake because it has been a while since I last drank it. I enjoy the mild flavors of apple and melon with a clean, short aftertaste. This is a refreshing and well balanced Sake.

Today we are going out for a drink. This izakaya is a rare izakaya where you can eat a lot of vegetables 😁The sashimi is also reasonably priced with sea bream and swordfish. Rice used is Yamae Nishiki It is supposed to be a sake that goes well with mushrooms, but in the end I did not pair it with mushrooms. However, it has a gentle sweetness, and it was just plain delicious. It also had a mushroom-like flavor, though it was only vaguely. Bitter and astringent tastes are close to that. It's a sweet sake, juicy, but clear and elegant on the palate. It was well balanced and certainly seemed to go well with mushroom dishes.
