It was a sweaty day as I went to line up in Ginza in the morning to buy a bottle of wine. The bottle said it was 18 degrees, so I enjoyed it slowly on the rocks. I served it with edamame (soybeans), leatherfish, sweet shrimp, and surume tempura. It was very tasty as a food sake.

This summer Yago Blue was so good that I went on a little expedition to look for pink Yago. We caught it and opened a bottle of this one. It has a fresh acidity like biting into a lime, and a crisp, clean flavor. When we paired it with marinated bonito and olive oil, the fresh aroma of the olives mingled pleasantly and we applauded. With an alcohol content of only 13%, it is perfect as a pre-dinner or mid-dinner drink. A great bottle to accompany you at the beginning of a sweaty summer. Delicious: ‼️

When I find this label at a liquor store, I feel the beginning of early summer. I opened a bottle of Izumihashi Summer Yago Blue for my partner for a little luxurious lunchtime drinking. It is a junmai sake with a light and refreshing taste, but with a rich and delicious flavor that lingers on the tongue. I have been drinking it for the past few years, but isn't this year's sake delicious? Losing out to the heat during the day, I took a quick bite of kimchi with somen noodles as a chopstick rest. I was surprised at how well it went with the sourness of the kimchi. A bottle to my liking, feeling the beginning of the summer sake season. Delicious. ‼️

Next, Natsu Yago Rice used: 100% Yamadanishiki from Kanagawa Prefecture Rice polishing ratio: 65 Alcohol content: 18 Compared to Yukino Kayasha It has a clean aroma. It also has a strong acidity. A firm acidity. It can be served on the rocks or with soda, ice, the acidity subsides a little and it becomes easier to drink. and it becomes easier to drink 😊. Personally, I like it even if the acidity is strong. I went to the restaurant before the movie. The main restaurant is famous for its long line. I think the quality may be lower, but I'm not sure. You can eat at the food court: ✌️ One more restaurant on the way home from the movie 😁. The soup lacks depth. It tastes like miso even though it's soy sauce? Is it my imagination? And the rice is too soft 😭
