The umami flavor is surprisingly robust. The flavor is surprisingly robust, but it is a refreshing sparkling summer sake. The alcohol content is a little light at 15 degrees. It is easy to pair with meals.

Rice is grown in rice paddies that maintain the environment in which yago (Japanese bitterling) grows How can it not be delicious? It was a sweaty day as I went to line up in Ginza in the morning to buy a bottle of wine. The bottle said it was 18 degrees, so I enjoyed it slowly on the rocks. I served it with edamame (soybeans), leatherfish, sweet shrimp, and surume tempura. It was very tasty as a food sake.

Natsuyago Junmai Sake ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Alcohol content 18%. Polishing ratio 65% (domestic rice) 100% Yamadanishiki This is the first time I have had this sake. At 18% alcohol by volume, it is slightly higher than most sake. The mouthfeel is clean and sharp. It was like a Junmai sake. ✌️ It goes well with Japanese food 🍣. Easy to drink. ‼️

The brewery's own Omachi, grown in Kanagawa Prefecture! And yet it is a sake brewer's yeast yeast yeast. The brewery is full of craftsmanship. It is round and has a hint of sweetness. It is delicious!

It was Father's Day and my oldest son was at home with his girlfriend for dinner. Continuation of My son's girlfriend drinks a lot 😅 So, for the next drink in the Summer Yago Pink Sake made with our own Omachi sake! Sake from my hometown, Kanagawa Clear! More like a dry sake. More acidity than sweetness. Rice-like taste, not strong but rice-like My daughter in Shimane sent me some sake, but I can't go that far 🤣. Maybe next time!

This summer Yago Blue was so good that I went on a little expedition to look for pink Yago. We caught it and opened a bottle of this one. It has a fresh acidity like biting into a lime, and a crisp, clean flavor. When we paired it with marinated bonito and olive oil, the fresh aroma of the olives mingled pleasantly and we applauded. With an alcohol content of only 13%, it is perfect as a pre-dinner or mid-dinner drink. A great bottle to accompany you at the beginning of a sweaty summer. Delicious: ‼️

When I find this label at a liquor store, I feel the beginning of early summer. I opened a bottle of Izumihashi Summer Yago Blue for my partner for a little luxurious lunchtime drinking. It is a junmai sake with a light and refreshing taste, but with a rich and delicious flavor that lingers on the tongue. I have been drinking it for the past few years, but isn't this year's sake delicious? Losing out to the heat during the day, I took a quick bite of kimchi with somen noodles as a chopstick rest. I was surprised at how well it went with the sourness of the kimchi. A bottle to my liking, feeling the beginning of the summer sake season. Delicious. ‼️
