Junmai, pure rice, and sake brewed with a traditional sake yeast yeast yeast, but the low alcohol content of Yamada-Nishiki makes it easy to drink. If you drink it chilled, the summer heat will blow away!

Compared to Yukino Kayasha
It has a clean aroma.
It also has a strong acidity.
A firm acidity.
It can be served on the rocks or with soda,
ice, the acidity subsides a little and it becomes easier to drink.
and it becomes easier to drink 😊.
Personally, I like it even if the acidity is strong.
I went to the restaurant before the movie.
The main restaurant is famous for its long line.
I think the quality may be lower, but I'm not sure.
You can eat at the food court: ✌️
One more restaurant on the way home from the movie 😁.
The soup lacks depth.
It tastes like miso even though it's soy sauce?
Is it my imagination?
And the rice is too soft 😭
Manta, here too 😊.
I haven't had Kanagawa sake yet and was wondering about this one......sounds like a delicious summer taste ❣️
I'm surprised at the ramen ladder, but it's good that you don't lose your appetite in the heat 😁👍.
Hello Pon-chan ^ ^ ^
On SalmonLabo Channel, Kakinuma Sake Shop says that their summer sake is delicious 👍.
I'm Manta and I'm not afraid of summer heat ✌️
When I go out alone, I feel like haggling 😁.
Hello T.KISO ^ ^
I bought it for Manta's favorite showdown...
Snowy Kayasha 😁.
If you want to drink it with a meal as a dry sake, I think it is Natsuyago, but for the overall taste, Snow Kayasha👍.
Manta, excuse me here too: ☺️
Akita wins 😆 I want to drink some snow kayasha now 🥰.
I was a fan of Noshiro Tech, which was the model for Sanno Kogyo 😆.

Dry sparkling sparkling with secondary fermentation in the bottle🍶.
Rice is grown in rice paddies that maintain the environment in which yago (Japanese bitterling) grows
How can it not be delicious?
I can't get enough of the shwashiness, which is different from that of raw sake (≧∇≦)!
Thank you so much for the food. m(_ _)m
I've always wanted to try Izumibashi
Summer Yago Blue 😀
While most summer sake is light, this one has a punchy impression at 18% alcohol by volume.
You can feel the umami and sweetness of the rice, and yet it has a good balance that finishes with bitterness in the latter half of the bottle ❗
It is a fresh sake with umami spreading in turn in the mouth, but I think it will become more well-balanced and mellow if it is laid down for a while.
I am looking forward to drinking it after it has been laid down ❕👍️
★★★☆☆☆☆
Early Summer Yago!
Purchased this bottle after drinking it at a tasting at my favorite liquor store.
It has a high alcohol content, and it is very strong at room temperature! It is a very strong sake at room temperature, but if you warm it up a little, it goes in smoothly.
I would like to try the pink one, too.

A limited edition sake sold only at the brewery. It has a rich umami, soft sweetness and bitterness with a good sharpness and a deep taste.
