And my first Tanaka Sentori💕I had heard rumors about it.
It didn't have any of the sourness of Sentori, it was more dry than Tanaka Rokugo 🍶❣️
Slightly sweet, fruity, sharp, gentle and beautiful 🍶.

This is delicious 🤤✨.
It has the cleanliness of a Junmai Daiginjo, a clean sweetness and crispness without any cloying flavors 🤩.

Omachi was opened a while ago 🍶.
First, Aizan Chutori✨.
Sweetness, umami, strong and gassy ❣️
I love the balance of lingering and sharpness 🤤.
Omachi Nakadori was also well balanced and delicious 🤔.
It's hard to say which is better, but I think Aizan has better aroma and stronger umami 😅.

When your favorite Hirotogawa's 🍶 Yamada Nishiki is released, you have to buy it 🤩!
So we compared it with the Omachi that was waiting in the sake cellar (regular fridge) 😍.
Yamada-Nishiki is still delicious 😋 It has Hirotogawa's signature drinkability of Yamada-Nishiki, the umami of rice, and a soft spread and gentle lingering taste 🤔.
It's just delicious!
