@Home Drinking My favorite sake, I have always thought of it as light and refreshing, but this one is a little more complex🤔. I thought it might be lighter because it is 13% alcohol, but this concentrated rich taste might be a benefit of using Banshu Yamada-Nishiki, a special quality rice⁉(I don't know much about it though 🤣). I wonder if this concentrated and rich flavor is a benefit of the use of Banshu Yamadanishiki, a top-grade rice.

@Home Drinking When you open the bottle quietly, you can see the slight carbonation bubbles 👀 but there is a gaseous feeling. The mouthfeel is basically sweet and tasty from the slight carbonation, but the sweetness is not that strong 🤔. It is characterized by a sourness and bitterness that also comes to the surface. It was easy to drink with 13 degrees alu, slight carbonation, and moderate sweetness.

Personally No.1 in Honjozo ‼️ Thanks to this instrument 🎷, there is such an easy to drink and delicious Honjozo 💕. It made me think 😄. I'm looking forward to drinking the Honjozo from the brewery that is said to be No.1 in Japan, which is now sleeping in my fridge ‼️

I was hesitant because it is a bit expensive 💰, The rest of my juniors brought it to a drinking party 😂. Sake 🍶 boom around me recently ⁉️ They say it's my fault... They drank Ottersai, Kenkunichi, AKABU, and even Shinmasa from my sake cellar 😱. I'm glad they all enjoyed the sake though 🍶. But they just noticed the delicious sake 🍶😤. And my first Tanaka Sentori💕I had heard rumors about it. It didn't have any of the sourness of Sentori, it was more dry than Tanaka Rokugo 🍶❣️ Slightly sweet, fruity, sharp, gentle and beautiful 🍶. It was delicious... Thanks to my junior staff. ‼️
