At first sip, the aroma is light, almost like a white wine. As you continue to drink, the connection to the alcohol sensation that follows the rich taste becomes incredibly smooth. It's hard to put into words, but it's insanely delicious (laughs).

I was able to purchase this at Izumiya, so it was my first time to try Shinsei. Ecru, a fire-hardened junmai sake. It has a strong acidity and a sweetness that is not overpowering, just like a white wine. It is a sake to be drunk on special occasions.

I've been immersed in the sake swamp since Ottersai, and I've bought a lot of sake from various rankings, but this is the most fruity sake I've ever had. It's definitely pineapple juice (lol), and because it's a namaishu, there's almost no alcohol in it, so it's sure to be a hit with the ladies! It's probably the best way to get people into the sake swamp (lol).

This is the first time I drank Origari. It is fruity but not overly sweet, and I think it expresses the concept of dryness and lightness very well.

It has a tart texture, no acidity, and is so fruity you'd think it was raw sake. This is a definite repeat customer. It had the same impact as the first time I drank Ottersai.

A lightly tangy acidity comes and goes, no miscellaneous flavors, and what remains is a gorgeous aroma and some alcohol. It's fruity and easy to drink, and I think the price is good. This is a relatively nearby sake brewery.
