The small bottle was so cute that I bought it by accident.
Sake level -35 👀‼️ sweet 🤭.
Still, the explanation that the sake is not only strongly sweet but also easy to drink is understandable!
The alcohol content is low at 12 degrees, but the rich taste of kijoshu makes it a little heavy as you drink it.
Personally, I prefer to drink it on the rocks.
I served it with cream cheese with soybean paste that appeared in the Sendai version of Izakaya Shinkansen as a snack 🤣.

Tenmei aged at low temperature for 1 year
Unlike a full-fledged aged sake, this is a petit aged sake for 1 year.
The first sip is full of umami, which is probably the result of the one year aging process 🤔.
The middle part is light and the second half is sharp with acidity.

The third bottle was nigori.
This sake is made with natural rice grown without pesticides, and the sake brewery is particular about traditional sake brewing!
This nigori sake is also made using the traditional sake brewing method, so it has a sweet, bubbly taste with a sourness unique to the sake brewing method, and has a strong sake-like flavor.

This one was selected as a food sake.
As expected, it is an excellent sake that goes well with any meal!
Not too assertive, but with a strong aroma and umami flavor.

The first one was a Daiginjo from Musical Instrument Masamune, which was my first Daiginjo too!
As is typical of instrumental sake, it has an impression of fruity sweetness, but it is not too sweet and has a refreshing clean finish!
This is the kind of sake that I can drink as much as I like.

Mimuro Sugi" has been brewing sake in Miwa, Nara for over 360 years. The brewery uses 100% Yamada-Nishiki rice and water from the well in the brewery that flows underground from the sacred Mt.
