Yado drinking @Ashinomaki Onsen A cup of sake in the open-air bath in the room The small bottle was so cute that I bought it by accident. Sake level -35 👀‼️ sweet 🤭. Still, the explanation that the sake is not only strongly sweet but also easy to drink is understandable! The alcohol content is low at 12 degrees, but the rich taste of kijoshu makes it a little heavy as you drink it. Personally, I prefer to drink it on the rocks. I served it with cream cheese with soybean paste that appeared in the Sendai version of Izakaya Shinkansen as a snack 🤣. This really goes well with it. 👍️

@Home Drinking Tenmei aged at low temperature for 1 year Unlike a full-fledged aged sake, this is a petit aged sake for 1 year. The first sip is full of umami, which is probably the result of the one year aging process 🤔. The middle part is light and the second half is sharp with acidity. The aftertaste is not long and disappears quickly, so you will not get tired of drinking it 😋.

@Drinking at Home The last of today's Fukushima's classic Collage. The first time I went to the bar, I was surprised to find that the prohibition order was lifted. But the stability of this sake is perfect for the end of the day 👍️ Once again I realized the depth of sake! I drank too much just after the ban was lifted. I should not be in a hurry, just like the meaning of the name of the first sake I drank, "Don't be in a hurry, don't be in a hurry".

Nigori sake is very interesting these days.

@Drinking at Home Next up: Junmai Ginjo-shu by Ippoumi. This one was selected as a food sake. As expected, it is an excellent sake that goes well with any meal! Not too assertive, but with a strong aroma and umami flavor. Of course, it is a well-balanced sake that can also be served on the side 😋.

The first one was a Daiginjo from Musical Instrument Masamune, which was my first Daiginjo too! As is typical of instrumental sake, it has an impression of fruity sweetness, but it is not too sweet and has a refreshing clean finish! This is the kind of sake that I can drink as much as I like. It is one of the repeaters 👏.
