This is delicious 🤤✨.
It has the cleanliness of a Junmai Daiginjo, a clean sweetness and crispness without any cloying flavors 🤩.

Omachi was opened a while ago 🍶.
First, Aizan Chutori✨.
Sweetness, umami, strong and gassy ❣️
I love the balance of lingering and sharpness 🤤.
Omachi Nakadori was also well balanced and delicious 🤔.
It's hard to say which is better, but I think Aizan has better aroma and stronger umami 😅.

I found a bottle of White Bakuren in a four-pack 🤭I bought it immediately ❣️ shochu rocks are going to fly in one glass 😱. ムロThen, my junior colleague asked me to drink Jigin because he bought a new sake ‼️, so I opened the bottle and cried 💁.
Compared to the last Hatta-Nishiki and Tokujun, the Jikin 🍶 is naturally delicious, but the Aizan seems to have a more pronounced sweetness: ❣️

When your favorite Hirotogawa's 🍶 Yamada Nishiki is released, you have to buy it 🤩!
So we compared it with the Omachi that was waiting in the sake cellar (regular fridge) 😍.
Yamada-Nishiki is still delicious 😋 It has Hirotogawa's signature drinkability of Yamada-Nishiki, the umami of rice, and a soft spread and gentle lingering taste 🤔.
It's just delicious!
