This year, it's a complete change, and it's now made with a new sake brewing method... More depth, but more spiciness, to my liking 😋✨. Hirotogawa nigori is coming soon, so I'm looking forward to comparing the two 😌✨.

I was able to buy it again this year and have been drinking it since early last month. The sharpness, umami and sweetness are coming from different directions, and they seem to intermingle just right and exquisitely. 😅 I know it's a weird expression, but it's my ongoing and honest impression 😌✨.

All the Yamada Nishiki you like ✨ Hiyaoroshi's characteristic? (My sense) It has a good balance of a mild sweetness with a good amount of tanginess, and before you know it, you're on your way 😌. Pairing was slices of crowfish and seared cheese 😋.
