The tasting was too small for me to taste 😅I wanted 3 times more 😋. ばんばんぶーSweetness and a hint of peach, with a hint of ripe aroma?
The aftertaste is cut by a slight scent of alcohol.
Rather than being tangy, it is more like only the aroma is felt.
I had an image of Shiki as being more modern, but it seems to be somewhere between modern and classic. ばんばんぶーFull acidity, umami, and bitterness. Slightly gassy aftertaste.
Anyway, the acidity is impressive and it tastes like wine.
I wanted to drink the sparkler but it was sold out by a touch ... . Too bad 😭 やん

This is the one I managed to get this year,

The alcohol content is 15%,
It is 15% alcohol, but it feels light.
But you can still taste the umami in the middle of it.
Nabeshima is the best.
The Moon series is also good.
But among the series, the best impression is New Moon,
I have the best impression of New Moon.
If I see it next year,
I would like to have a bottle of it next year.
Price: ¥1782 (720ml) ばんばんぶーThe first taste is bitterness, followed by pineapple-like aroma and rice aroma. Sweetness and sourness also appear in the second half, but are quite moderate.
The body is heavy, probably due to the high alcohol content. The lingering aftertaste is long despite the lack of sweetness, which is quite strange.
It had an interesting flavor. ばんばんぶーSoft sweetness and citrus aroma.
After that, the aroma of alcohol, perhaps derived from brewer's alcohol, comes in a whiff, but it is not so stimulating as to be tingling, and turns bitter and wears off.
As the label says, it has an exquisite balance of brewing alcohol. TakaOTOKOYAMA GORILLA LABEL ばんばんぶーSweetness, acidity, and a sense of shwash; later, the rice flavor, acidity, and bitterness rise up and cut through. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
