A sweet and sour liquor like strawberry. As an aperitif, I chose one that I could drink quickly first.

Completely jacked up drinking. It's a more acidic sake similar to last night's Sky After the Rain. The other one is refreshing, but this one is like a weeping old man version of it.
It may not be lightly nigori, but the cloudy and peculiar color also adds to the feeling of being an old man.

It's rather peculiar. Somewhat complex taste, which I have never felt in sake before.
Slightly acidic. You get used to it as you drink it.
I don't dislike this kind of sake, but I guess there are different tastes.
Sweet and sour, sweet and sour, fruity, etc. are all good, but I think this kind of unique drink should be appreciated as well. ぎゃばん☆☆☆☆☆
This is a Yamahai with a clean and beautiful acidity. The acidity you feel when you drink it has a nice lingering aftertaste that disappears beautifully. ぎゃばん☆☆☆☆☆
Sourness of Yamahai with a little bit of a tender sweetness. This is a delicious sake that starts with a mellow aroma and never betrays it.

Moderately acidic and deliciously sweet. Some bitterness lingers in the aftertaste. A delicious sake with a full course of flavors. I can taste many different flavors, but I think they are all nicely integrated. 
ジークじこんThe last drink of the day was the much talked about Mitsui no Kotobuki.
As the name "Dai-harakuchi" suggests, it is quite dry 😋.
The umami of the rice is very strong.
However, it was a little too spicy for me, a lover of sweet and savory 😁.
To top it off, we went to Watari Chicken and had Chicken Shiratou Ramen (🍜).
After drinking, I have an irresistible craving for carbs 🤗
