Slightly acidic. You get used to it as you drink it.
I don't dislike this kind of sake, but I guess there are different tastes.
Sweet and sour, sweet and sour, fruity, etc. are all good, but I think this kind of unique drink should be appreciated as well.

The last drink of the day was the much talked about Mitsui no Kotobuki.
As the name "Dai-harakuchi" suggests, it is quite dry 😋.
The umami of the rice is very strong.
However, it was a little too spicy for me, a lover of sweet and savory 😁.
To top it off, we went to Watari Chicken and had Chicken Shiratou Ramen (🍜).
After drinking, I have an irresistible craving for carbs 🤗
I'm getting fat again 🤣.
