Raw, aged sake. It has a firm maturity. I don't really know how it tastes like a raw sake, but it's just so rich and tasty. I've paired it with sashimi, but I think it would be better with meat dishes. But I think it is a good challenge sake for those who like matured sake. ぎゃばん☆☆☆☆☆

Halloween label of Takachiyo. It was a hit with me, a lover of sweet and savory. Happy Halloween! It is a bit of a walk from Matsumoto Station, but "Fukashu" is located near Matsumoto Castle. The rice seems to be Gohyakumangoku, but it is fresh and fruity, not so much light and refreshing as it seems to be nowadays.
It's tasty, but I think it's a bit inferior to the yuan-yaki (grilled salmon).
