Oh, it's firm and strong, unlike anything I've ever had. Is it a new sake? It has a matured feel and is very drinkable, but the overall taste is umami and sweetness. If it doesn't get old after a few sips, I might like it.
It is Miyamanishiki, so there is no need to worry about the acidity as you drink it.
