I'll have it heated. Personally, I like it warmed up, so I usually ask for lukewarm to hot, but it was cold today (not so much in Matsumoto, but it was extremely cold in my hometown during the day), so I went with hot sake.

And the sake is good, too. I wanted to order a dish of simmered fish, but they were out of it, so I had to settle for ponzu sauce with shirako (white fish).
But whatever it was, it was delicious. The heated sake is delicious.
