Yum! It's the first time in a long time that I've been so impressed with the taste!
From the aroma that wafts through the air when the bottle is first opened, it's amazing!
The fruity aroma of citrus fruits and tropical fruits wafts through the nose, and what remains on the tongue is the fresh, chiri-chiri-yaki sensation that is typical of nama-shu (unpasteurized sake).
The taste is soft and beautifully sweet, and while it expands greatly, after swallowing it, the taste is fleeting and crisp.
I get the impression that the sweetness is better balanced with the overall flavor than Denshogiku or Aizan, and everything about it is beautiful!
This is a definite repeat for next season!
It's been a while since I've had a Kanjiku, but I'm going to try a few more!
