Sentori since the early days of my sake swamp addiction.
This is the first time I have tasted SENKOKU even after the new alcohol.
I had been afraid to drink it because of its acidic taste, but it has been a long time since I have had it.
I still felt sourness when I drank it by itself, but I thought it would be a perfect match for sushi and sashimi.
No doubt! It is a synergistic effect that further enhances the flavor of the sushi. The acidity, which I don't like, doesn't interfere with it at all. It was a great evening drink!

It's been a while since we've had Senkou 🤗.
We felt the acidity was lessened by the return to Edo 😅 but it was perfect for sushi and sashimi 😋.
