As the weather cooled down, I wanted to try heating sake, so I had a cup of sake. I chose "Toyo no Aki" Tokubetsu Junmai. It is recommended to be served lukewarm, so we had it with firefly squid and maki rolls. It's a legitimate dry sake and matched well with the food. I've never been a fan of sake in a cup for a long time, but it's nice to have a cup that suits the occasion.

After drinking the Hanamup series, we finally arrived at Junmai Daiginjyo Yamadanishiki! Smooth sweetness and rice flavor typical of Hanamup Finished with a crisp aftertaste! It was a masterpiece of perfection! Is this the last of this year's Hanamup series? I hear that the price of sake will be raised next year due to the rice price, and I wonder if Hanamup will also become more difficult to afford...

Sake Exploration in Noge, a Mecca for Drinkers We had a junmai ginjo unfiltered raw sake made from Aikoku No. 3 in figure. The deep flavor of the rice soaked through. It was a cup with a strong body and a great drinking experience.

It's my first Mitsui-Eikiku! Excited because it is a popular modern sake brewery with a label design that invites purchase! I purchased a special junmai sukai. Soft acidity and clean sweetness It goes down the throat quickly and comfortably. I couldn't help but squeal with delight! The harmony of acidity and sweetness is exquisite, so you will never get tired of drinking it, and it can be easily matched with all kinds of Japanese, Western, and Chinese dishes. Since it is a bottle, I would like to enjoy it with a glass of Koei Kikuban for a while.

First time in Oita Prefecture Receiving Chiebijin's Nama-ripened Hachitan-Nishiki It is made by letting it mature for half a year in its raw state. Sentori since the early days of my sake swamp addiction. This is the first time I have tasted SENKOKU even after the new alcohol. I had been afraid to drink it because of its acidic taste, but it has been a long time since I have had it. I still felt sourness when I drank it by itself, but I thought it would be a perfect match for sushi and sashimi. No doubt! It is a synergistic effect that further enhances the flavor of the sushi. The acidity, which I don't like, doesn't interfere with it at all. It was a great evening drink!

Long time no see Houou Mita & Tochigi Prefecture I found Mikumari when I wandered into the sanctuary today! I bought it without hesitation. Now, open the bottle. When I poured it into the glass, it was full of bubbles like carbonated water. The sweet aroma stimulates the nose. When you put it in your mouth, the sweet and delicious flavor spreads in your mouth with a slight carbonation accent... this is delicious... The fusion of freshness and flavor is exquisite. The only drawback is that it is so delicious that a four-pack of it runs out in no time! Well, here I come!

It has become my favorite brand so much so that I have become a Kudokidokiwari fan. This time, it is the Ogawa yeast of the Jr. series, which follows the previous Maha-Mystery-chan. While the juicy sweetness of Maka Mystery-chan stood out, this Ogawa yeast has a crispness with a sweetness that comes at first, but soon turns into a dry aftertaste. While searching for my first Shiga Prefecture, I found a nigori sake from Kitajima Sake Brewery that I had been after for a long time! I bought it without any prior knowledge. It is a lactic acid fermentation, so it is quite sour! It tasted exactly like plain yogurt, which is the exact opposite of the sweet and sour image I had of it! To be honest, I don't like sour yogurt, so this was a bit of a surprise to me... I would enjoy this as a dessert drink with cakes or moist cookies.

My personal highest price paid for sake (fixed price, of course). And it's a Hana-yosu. The encounter was by chance. It was a miracle that I happened to find it in the store when I entered the sacred place. I kept it in the fridge for 3 months... I never got around to opening it, but I opened it just in time for the event. It was a bit of a hurdle for me because it was my first Hana-HoYoYu, but it was delicious...fruity, deep and juicy rice flavor! Hahayo Yoku is very hard to find... I was very impressed with the quality of the sake, and I was very impressed with the quality of the sake.... There are many good sake available even if you don't want to wait! Even if you don't resell or buy, there is always good sake available anywhere and anytime! Everyday!

Surprisingly, it is the first of its kind in Aomori Prefecture! Naturally, the most famous Mutsu Hachisen is the summer-only version. Doburokku Summer! I love nigori sake, so this was a good debut for me. The first impact was a dry taste. But after two or three sips, the nuance of sweetness and the umami of rice cling to the palate.
