From the moment the bottle is opened, its fruity aroma stimulates the nostrils.
In the mouth, it is viscous, heavy, and so sweet that it can be compared to a tropical drink, and the concentrated flavor of the rice also spreads.
This taste is truly a wonder!
As the label on the back of the bottle says, you can feel the creator's love for sake.
Thank you for the delicious sake!
I went to Koyama Shoten in the Holy Land to buy a gift, but the label caught my eye because I wanted to drink a brand I had not yet had for myself.
I heard that Omachi 48 is the flagship, but I haven't had it yet, so I can't compare the two 😁.
When I opened the cork, I heard a popping sound and the aroma was mild and not strong with the bubbles of the raw sake.
As the label on the back of Ni-Rabbit says, "Only those who chase two rabbits will catch two rabbits." To put it bluntly, this sake is a perfect balance of the two extremes: the juicy sweet flavor of Omachi and the refreshing sharpness.
Good morning, ichiro18 😃.
I drank the 10th anniversary label of Ni-Rabbit 🤩I wanted to drink the raw one, but I couldn't get it 😅I'm attracted to limited labels because they are so special 🥰.
Good morning, HinaHanaMama 😃.
Thank you for your comment 😊
The fire-aged label is very special and I would be attracted to it if it were available 😍I saw your review and the balance between omachi and sharpness is amazing 🤩.
Hello ichiro18, ☂️
I like the two hares: ☺️
I haven't had it yet and have always been curious about it, but I bet it's absolutely delicious 😋.
I'd love to try a crisp, raw sake with the delicious flavor of Omachi rice 🥺.
Hi Chirsta 😃.
Thank you for the rice😊
Ni-Rabbit is both tasty and sharp! It was unexpected and surprising when I first drank it, but as I drank it, I started to enjoy it. If you have a chance to try it 🤩.
Surprisingly, it is the first of its kind in Aomori Prefecture!
Naturally, the most famous Mutsu Hachisen is the summer-only version.
Doburokku Summer!
I love nigori sake, so this was a good debut for me.
The first impact was a dry taste.
But after two or three sips, the nuance of sweetness and the umami of rice cling to the palate. This is a salty wine that goes well with a meal.
Amazingly cosy sake!
A honjozo sake that is no exaggeration to say that it is the Honmaru of Jyushidai in the world of dry sake!
Refreshing ginjo aroma.
(despite the 70% polishing).
There is definitely a sense of gasiness that can be felt.
(There is no mention of bottle heating or refrigeration required.)
Fresh, tasty acidity and dryness that makes it sharp. 😋😋😋😋
(It is a fire-brewed honjozo sake.)
Sweetness and spiciness are slightly dry. Body is fine.
The aluzo additives are not bothersome.
Priced at 2000 yen without tax.
(The No. 4 bottle was 1,100 yen.)
I picked this one up because I had a vague recollection of someone's high evaluation of it at Sake-no-wa, and I recommend it in a bottle for those who are OK with aluzochi.
Gorgeous ginjo aroma.
The gasiness is quite strong. The balance of the delicious acidity and bitterness is slightly bitter. Fresh, with a balance of sweetness and bitterness and a slightly higher alcohol content, it also has a dry feel. 😋😋😋😋
Sweetness and spiciness are medium.
It is a sake that goes well with strong flavored dishes.
