The aroma is subdued and the taste is sweet but calm. A little melon-like?
There is a light gas. The latter half of the taste is bitter and converges.
This is the type of Aizan sake that does not interfere with food.
It is my favorite type of Aizan sake.
It has a strawberry-like berry sweetness.
Good evening, Ane-san 😸.
It was sweet, but not cloyingly so, and the assertion was modest 🤔.
It was one of my favorite Aisan sake 😋.
If you see it, please try it 🤗
After leaving the Takashimaya Sake Festival, I bought a bottle at Edion. I thought, "I haven't had much Chokaizan.
It doesn't say, but it is Junmai Ginjo. The label seems to have been renewed.
It's not so sweet, but it's very well-balanced and tasty, with a nice combination of umami and a small amount of pleasant gassiness.
Good evening, bouken😃.
Chokaizan! We had it for the first time this year and were surprised at how good it was 😄And today we went to a liquor store far away and got some hiyaoroshi👍I'm looking forward to drinking it 😙.
Good evening, Jay & Nobby.
I bought Chokaizan because I thought I haven't had much of it despite my favorable impression of it 😁.
I've never seen Chokaizan hiyaoroshi, so I'm looking forward to your review 😆.
I bought this one after wondering about Cherry Chilli.
Well, if I say it is strawberry-like, it is 🤔.
It has a slightly sour overtone. It's sweet, but it's quite peculiar. The middle part is the most 🍓-like.
I like Takachiyo, but this one is too subtle for me personally...
It's more like a strawberry or a syrup medicine for kids.
It also has a little bit of condensed milk strawberry taste...?
I think it has a strong aroma and taste no matter how many times I drink it 🤔.
I don't think it's a perverted drink 🤣
It's not that bad when I drink it again, but I'd rather have the product that's sold every year.
I think the more time goes by, the more 🍓 it tastes like 🍓.
I think the strong and peculiar taste that I felt when I opened the bottle has receded.
Hello kan 😃
I'm wondering if CUSTOM MADE is a hit or miss among hiragana takachiyos since it's positioned as a test brew. I'm thinking 🤔 so I usually don't buy it 😅.
This is my first time to see Yokoyama in kanji.
I found out about Aizan by chance on SNS and went to Edion Namba to see if they had it 😁.

Sweet and juicy but also bitter and sharp. The balance is really nice. I have the impression it's not as sweet as Hiragana Yokoyama.
Good evening Ane 😃
There is a sake shop produced by Yamada, a liquor dealer, with a full lineup of sake 😊I guess they are not well known, but they still have some sake left that were sold out early at other stores, so I consider it my last resort when I can't buy it 😁.

I drank this at a recent offline party, but it's been a super long time since I've had a home brewed Oumine. It's fire-brewed but fresh. It's a juicy sake with just the right amount of sweetness and umami. Not too flamboyant.
Lychee and 🍇 flavors.
The aftertaste is a little alty and strong.
Good evening, Ane 😃
I wonder if it's because I have a preconceived notion that Daimine is expensive because of its high price tag before the recent rush of price hikes 🤔.
The one Nemuchi-san was drinking and was curious about.
It seems they have a variety of different rice varieties, Nemuchi-san's was Yamadanishiki and Kochira's was Fusakogane!
It's bitter, not too sweet, and has a strong acidity. It's like Grefull or Pocari Sweat. I was surprised when it started to spew when I wasn't paying attention to the fact that it was light nigori💦.
When I drank it again, it really feels like a sports drink.
It's sweet, bitter, and spicy, but the acidity takes it all away 🤣.
I'm late posting this due to lack of time💦.
Purchased at a liquor store. Very rare.
When I think of sake in Osaka, I think of Akirika, then Kurehaaru, then Katanozakura. This is my first time drinking it.
Cold sake.
The aroma is modest.
I had an image of Osaka sake as a traditional sake that is hard to drink for beginners, but it is a little light and easy to drink.
The aftertaste is normal.
Suitable for intermediate sake drinkers.
Purchased at a liquor store.
I have wanted to try Aizu Nakasyo for about two years because of its cool name. Today is Sake Day, so I toasted with a sake that I have a lot of feelings about.
The rarity is quite high in some places. In Osaka, I have only seen it in a sake store in Namba so far.
Slightly cold sake.
The aroma is very refreshing.
Mellow and a bit heavy, but the finish is sharp and crisp. A little fruity sweetness. No acidity.
Body is light. Slightly short aftertaste.
As a food sake. It is suitable for dishes with strong flavors other than miso.
Suitable for intermediate sake drinkers.
I'd like to post an offline post, but I don't know what I'll do this time because I didn't write down my impressions of the flavors 😅I'll probably post it.
I can only vaguely remember what we talked about at the offline meeting though 🤣.
I've been curious about this drink since it was released.
This is the first time for me to try Sakihokore rice. Polishing ratio 45%. Fine bubbles like champagne. The taste is sweet and refreshing. Personally, this is the first nigori-style rice in a long time.
It tastes a little koji-like.
It was so easy to drink, I didn't even have time to try the mizoreshu before I was done with it.
Good evening, bouken... I've recently stopped posting even a single drink, but the fact that you even think of posting is wonderful in itself 🤣I was curious about this, it looks so delicious 😆.
Good evening Maechen 😁.
I have always wanted to drink it myself 😋I don't think there are many people who don't like this drink 🤗I think it's universally loved ♥.
Good evening, Mr. Manachy 😃.
I've never seen some of these drinks before and I'm tempted to upload them 😅.
I think this will be empty in no time if you are Manachie 🤣.
Good morning bouken😃
I'm giving up on posting offline again this time 😅bouken please keep up the good work 🤣Those drinks look delicious 😋I'd love to try some of your hit drinks 😊.
Good morning, bouken 👋.
I'm curious about this one too and it's waiting in the fridge 🤗.
I'm looking forward to opening the bottle after reading your review.
Good evening Rafa 😃
I'm going to pull out my memory and write this with real postings 😅I won't blow it out but it's very gassy and has a good balance of sweetness and dryness 😋 Please do!
I went to Edion Namba for 🦍macho to get some 🦍macho, but they only had Aisansei, the macho man I drank in the past, so I bought this one 😅.
Smells like cookies and butter. It's quite refreshing, but it has a mild taste. Slightly sweet. Slightly matured.
Slightly classic flavor.
Sweet, but not modern sweet.
Purchased at EDION in Namba.
Surprisingly, not many people know that EDION in Namba sells sake, so if you are in the neighborhood, be sure to buy some.
I think you can find Tenpoichi quite often in some areas.
At room temperature.
A grassy aroma characteristic of Hachitan-Nishiki.
Although it is a junmai sake, it is not that heavy and has a very good balance of freshness and richness.
I did not detect any sweetness or spiciness.
The aftertaste is a little long.
CWS. I've been interested in Shiro-Ko for a while, so I bought it at Edion along with the Tazake zodiac label.
Low alcohol. The aroma has a strong alcohol smell.
Slightly effervescent and gentle on the palate. Slightly sweet and slightly sour. Mineral taste. It disappears and disappears quickly. As it says, you can drink it forever.
Last year I couldn't afford it and bought Hato Masamune.
This year, I gave up and bought Takachiyo again, but after the new year, I found it in line at Edion, so I bought it.
There was a condition, but I was able to afford it because the condition was that I had to buy a bottle of other sake. I could buy any sake, even non-sake.
Fruity and slightly effervescent. Beautiful sweetness. Finishes with a bitter taste.
Mr. bouken Good evening.
I also bought it at the Origuchi Sake Shop that you told me about.
I have an image of Nanada as having a bitter aftertaste, but it also seems to have a sweet flavor, so I look forward to drinking it ✨.
Yoohee-san, good evening ✨
I see you went to Orikuchi-san! I'm so glad 😆.
I was surprised to find that the sweetness was only a trace of bitterness 🤔Overall, the taste was very smooth.
Today, I received a phone call out of the blue from the Origuchi Sake Brewery and wondered what was going on. I wondered what it was, but it was a phone call asking if I wanted to reserve a bottle of Risshun Asashibori. I asked for a bottle of Risshun Asashimusubori.
I was able to visit a few of the restaurants you mentioned at the end of the year, so I'll give a small review 💧.
If it was dry, it would go well with a light meal 💡.
You know bouken's direct line, you are quite a big customer lol.
I think I left my number because in the past I reserved and bought a lot of crops and stuff 😀 I'm not such a fat customer 😆.
I used to go there often 😁.
This was the first time I drank Abe-kan at home. The one I drank in the past was a special sake with a special kijoshu spec, so I don't think it was any different from the first time I drank it.
It is dry with a strong gassy and acidic taste. It is not that sweet, but it is easy to drink because of the sourness.
I don't think I've ever seen Abe-kan sold anywhere but Edion Namba.
I think I've had a lot of Yokoyama, but this is the first time I've had this spec.
I bought it at Edion Namba's sake store, Sake Shop.
It is produced by Yamada, a sake dealer in Hiroshima, so unlike Yodobashi and Bic, this is a real local sake shop style.
It is quite fruity among the Yokoyama brands, probably due to the use of 1801 yeast. Slightly effervescent, sweet and delicious. Almost no pungency or bitterness. You can't go wrong with Yokoyama!
Good evening! I also opened a bottle yesterday!
It was my first time too, but it was sweet, fruity and delicious, just like YOKOYAMA!
I'm glad to know that there are other people drinking the same wine as me 😁.
Good morning, bouken-san!
I also bought it in Nagasaki and brought it home to drink ❗️.
I compared it with the 7, but the 1814 was a little less sweet and more balanced👍
It is a much talked-about sake that won an award overseas or was introduced in Shuichi? I found a 4-volume bottle and bought it. I could only find a bottle of sake, but I found a 4-gou bottle, so I bought it.
The classic label is very emo. Is this a ginjo-shu? It tastes like a ginjo-shu. It has a slight grape-like sweetness and a nice sharpness. The taste is amazing for 1100 yen.
The only other once-brewed honjozo that I've tasted is Masamune Gakki.
Good evening, bouken☔.
I've been wondering about this for a while now, but I thought it was only available in 1 bottle 😳I'd like to try it if I can find it 😊.
I wasn't in the mood to drink on Tuesday, so I spaced it out a bit.
It's been a while since I've had takachiyos. It is melon-like, but also has a strong rice flavor. I think it is less sweet and fruity than usual Takachiyos.
I think I would have preferred Tokonatsumusume...
It is unusual for Takachiyo, but maybe I don't like it so much.
I've tasted Yamada Nishiki, but this is the first time I've bought it. It is slightly effervescent, with a pineapple-like sweet flavor and a trace of minerality and dryness. The aftertaste is dry. I like Omachi which I drank before, but Yamada is also delicious. That was my impression on the first day.
I think it would be better to drink it as soon as possible after opening. I thought the sweetness was stronger when there was gas.
The other one I haven't tried is Miyamanishiki. I have not seen it in stores.
