After leaving the Takashimaya Sake Festival, I bought a bottle at Edion. I thought, "I haven't had much Chokaizan.
It doesn't say, but it is Junmai Ginjo. The label seems to have been renewed.
It's not so sweet, but it's very well-balanced and tasty, with a nice combination of umami and a small amount of pleasant gassiness.

Chokaizan! We had it for the first time this year and were surprised at how good it was 😄And today we went to a liquor store far away and got some hiyaoroshi👍I'm looking forward to drinking it 😙.
