The second bottle yesterday. I bought it at Masaru-ya.
It is a decisive victory because I have not conquered Yamagata prefecture yet.
The label is bright blue like summer.
But I don't know the brand name well. The tag in the refrigerator helped us to find out.
This is also a sweet sake. It has a sake degree of -4.0.
However, it is a summer sake. Gassy + refreshing richness and weight.
And the second bottle was also pineapple🍍.
It seems to be brewed with Yamagata's fantastic sake rice "Tamanae" and Yamasake No.4 yeast.

About 10 days ago, I bought this Sharaku at Masaru-ya on my way home from work.
It is a pure rice Sharaku standard.
The aroma is a strong fruity type. Pineapple or banana.
You can also smell the alcohol.
When you roll it around on your tongue, the first thing you feel is the sourness, followed by sweetness, umami, and richness. There is almost no gas, but there is a sharpness and a sense of refreshment.
It is not the first time, but I felt the well-balanced taste again.

I couldn't buy the Denshu by a touch, so I bought some Kido summer sake.

I thought that Kido was characterized by its acidity, but it is a well-balanced sake.

It was recommended by MAJ. I looked for it on the net in the morning and couldn't find it. But when I dropped by Masaru-ya on my way home from the gym, I found it in the refrigerator.
The clerk told me that it was in stock today. I was super lucky.
When I opened the bottle, it seemed to come out naturally with gas pressure.
It has a sweet and sour aroma of lactic acid. The gas feeling is stronger than the Sunburst.
The first impression in the mouth is sweet and sour‼️.
When you roll it on your tongue, you can taste the sweetness, sourness, and richness of the rice.
After a while, the aroma becomes calmer and the taste becomes more rounded.
The alcohol is low at 13 degrees, so you can drink it easily.

If not for your comment, I might not have been able to meet Sunokure. Thank you again. 山廃純米Akatake's fifth and first summer sake. It has sweetness, bitterness, spiciness and acidity. I couldn't find out the specs, so I'll leave it at that. We had herring rape, one of our favorite foods, as a side dish. It's very good!

I was lucky enough to find "Kouei Chrysanthemum Sunburst", which many of you have uploaded, at Masaru-ya in Tamapla❣️.
It's limited to one bottle per person. I'm not sure what to do with it, but I'm going to try it.
I'm not sure what to make of it.
The aroma is faint. When you roll it around on your tongue, you can taste the sourness, richness, and gas. The alcohol is 13 degrees, but it has weight and is a very tasty sake.

The sunburst was just a coincidence. I found it at the liquor store where I go every weekend.
