I bought a bottle of Kouji, which is not available in Shizuoka, at Masaruya Tama Plaza, so I opened a bottle right away 🎶!
I have occasionally bought Kouko at the Morinoya Brewery in front of the nearest station, but I have never seen The Sense of Wonder, so I'm looking forward to it 🎶.

The aroma is not so much from the bottle right after opening. I think it is just a fresh aroma that tickles my nose a little.

I was so worried and bought "Sagata Hitogokochi" and "Kouko The Sense of Wonder".
Today I opened a bottle of "Sigata" 🎶.
Yes, it's unfiltered sake, so it's a little sweet at 17.4% alcohol by volume. It has a melon🍈 feeling, but I think there is a bitterness in the background as well.
It's not a refreshing sake, but it's very drinkable 🧡.

Tasake and Mimuro cedar brewed with 100% Watabune-2.
I bought them from Masaruya pre-order.
Today is Tasake.
The aroma is strong, peculiar fruit.

Tenshitsu in Kagoshima.

For the New Year's Eve and New Year's Eve, we bought 7 bottles of sake and 3 bottles of shochu.
On New Year's Eve we had Suminoe Junmai Ginjo somthing four.
It seems to be brewed with four different types of sake rice, mainly Yamadanishiki and Omachi.
Fruity aroma.
Yamada Nishiki and Omachi are used about 2/3 of the time.
It is a mellow sake with a good amount of sweetness and bitterness.
After opening the bottle for a while, it becomes heavier and has more depth.

It's my first time to open a bottle of "W" and I'm so excited💓The bottle is black with pink lettering and looks cool(*>ω<`*).
I got out a decent wine glass (Haruei Chichi's WW), and voila!
Surprisingly sweet. I guess it's similar to Eiko Fuji. The sourness is not that strong, and the sweetness is all over the place. There's a bitterness in the background, so the sweetness doesn't linger in the mouth forever.
After all, nama-gara-shu is the basic sake!
