I came back to Yokohama for the holidays, so I opened a bottle of "Morishima" that I had stored in my refrigerator in Yokohama🎶. As I imagined, it's a little dry for me personally. It has a sharp dry mouthfeel followed by a refreshing sweetness, so it's one of those that doesn't feel completely dry 🎶. I haven't had a dry wine recently, so I don't know how dry it is. Well, it's easy to drink, and it's delicious in its own way 💛.

⭐︎ Purchased at Masaruya about 3 weeks ago. Junmai tasake for 1.375 yen. Cosmetically perfect. Full bodied. Good balance of umami, sweetness and acidity. Forgot to take a picture, but squid dried overnight goes well with it. The rest of Hanayo - Tasake. We enjoyed it in the evening 😎.

I'm back in Yokohama this weekend, so let's go to "Masaruya Tama Plaza" immediately🎶! I bought "Morishima" and "Haneya" 🧡. I still have a bottle of "Amami" and "Mimuro Sugi" in my fridge, which I bought at Hasegawa Brewery in Tokyo Station Gransta when I was in Tokyo for work in mid-May, but today I locked on to my first purchase of "Haneya" (๑✧✧๑). When I opened the bottle, the cork lightly opened with a pleasant bubbling sound 🎶This is what I expected ∑(°°°°)KOREHA! The aroma is fresh and sweet. When I put it in my mouth, I was surprised by the taste. Oh! The balance with the acidity that makes you feel a refreshing mouthfeel is also good. It gives the impression of an adult cider 🧡. It's citrusy-lime, as it says on the back, which is understandably refreshing 🎶 but it doesn't have the bitterness of grapefruit 🧡. The low alcohol content of 13% makes it a great light drink 🧡.

The second delivery of Masaruya Tama Plaza's hanpushu arrived at my subordinate's house (*^^*). This time it was "Hayaseura Masaruya limited edition sake" and "Chokaisan", so my subordinate will have the "Chokaisan" he drank in Tohoku and I will have "Hayaseura". Our fridge at home barely holds one bottle, but we decided to start with a 4-goupe bottle to keep it separate! Since this time's sake is aluzoe, I guess there is still quite a bit of alcohol feeling in the mouth. Although there is a spiciness from the alcohol, the overall finish is firm and the rice sweetness is moderate, making it easy to drink.

Now, Sake Mirai 💁♀️ of Isshaku Suisei I have always thought of Sake Mirai as sweet and juicy like Hanamup, Akabu, and Jyushidai, but this Ippakusuisei is dry‼️I should have thought it was dry from the start, but my mouth was looking for sweetness, hmmm? I should have thought it was dry from the beginning, but my mouth was looking for sweetness, so I thought it was different 😒...but the rice flavor is very strong and tasty 😘. I tried it a few times after the next day, but I just couldn't get over the image of Sake Mirai💦I prefer Tokujun 😄.

Today we have "Kamo Nishiki Shakufuda Sake" 🧡 that was sleeping in the fridge. This is a sake that you can only expect so much 🎶. When I opened the bottle, I could smell the fresh aroma of daiginjo-style aroma, although it was not rich 🎶. The taste is a little sweet, as is typical of Kamo Nishiki, but it has a slightly effervescent and petit flavor, and the acidity is moderate, so the sweetness in the aftertaste seems to quickly fade away. It has a gentle sweetness without a strong acidity. There is almost no bitterness. It is not a refreshing fruity, but a cup of gentle sweetness 🧡.

I bought a bottle of Kouji, which is not available in Shizuoka, at Masaruya Tama Plaza, so I opened a bottle right away 🎶! I have occasionally bought Kouko at the Morinoya Brewery in front of the nearest station, but I have never seen The Sense of Wonder, so I'm looking forward to it 🎶. Now, let's take a look at the aroma after opening the bottle. The aroma is not so much from the bottle right after opening. I think it is just a fresh aroma that tickles my nose a little. When you take a sip, you will be surprised. Oh, wow! ::.+P The refreshing sourness is more impressive than the sweetness. Plus the slight fizziness makes it feel more refreshing. I like this balance of sweetness and sourness 🎶. Not too sweet, plus the sourness cuts through it in a snap! Great ✨ Kouko is still delicious ♥

Well, well, well, here we are in GW (*^^*)! Today, I moved from Shizuoka to Yokohama in the morning and went straight to Masaruya Tama Plaza. I was so worried and bought "Sagata Hitogokochi" and "Kouko The Sense of Wonder". Today I opened a bottle of "Sigata" 🎶. Yes, it's unfiltered sake, so it's a little sweet at 17.4% alcohol by volume. It has a melon🍈 feeling, but I think there is a bitterness in the background as well. It's not a refreshing sake, but it's very drinkable 🧡.

The bottle of "Mimuro Sugi Hana Kyun" purchased yesterday was opened immediately 🧡. Today I'm having dinner while making a stewed hamburger steak with demi-glace sauce from the wine and oysters with garlic and olives 🧡. The fresh, orikarami taste is spring-like and delicious 🧡, following yesterday's 19 🧡, I want to drink this every year 🧡, it's so easy to drink with its petitiveness and refreshing sweetness 🧡, I can't wait to try it.
