One of my favorite things to do when I come back to Yokohama is to get some sake that I can't get in Shizuoka!
This time, I bought three bottles of "Kamoshiki", "Mitsuo Yamakawa" and "Rokugo Tanaka" at "Sakepo Masaruya Tamaplaza" where they have a great selection.
Today I opened a bottle of "Kamonishiki Junmai Daiginjo Namaishu", which I wanted to drink the most... ♡ I've been wanting to drink this sake since I saw everyone drinking it at "Sake no Wa"... ♡
It doesn't have much of an aroma, but when you put it in your mouth, you can feel the sweetness spreading in your mouth. It's sweeter than I expected. It's raw sake, so it has a freshness to it. There is also a sourness, but the sweetness is a little more dominant, so the aftertaste is more like tasting the sweetness, rather than receding quickly, and a unique bitterness spreads afterwards. But it doesn't leave an unpleasant sweet taste in your mouth. It's exquisite and delicious.
I think I'll buy another kind of Kamonishiki next time.

I also got an application form for the hanpukai (*^^*).
There is a good selection of sake, but I gave up on the 6 tasting courses because I can't stock them in my house in Yokohama... 💦But Tobiroki and Jyushiyo are very attractive...
