The first afternoon of a three-day weekend is curry pot in Jyushiyo: ⁉️
I opened a bottle that I bought in last year's hanpukai (Masariya) and kept in the fridge for 6 months because it was too good to waste.
Following last week, this is also my birthday flying 😏.
Sweet 😎!
The sweetness stands out with a strong fruity aroma, followed by a slight gasiness. The sweetness is tempered.
Delicious. It has a nice flavor that is typical of Jyushiyo, accustomed to sweetness.
I may be wrong, but I think it is a thick wind forest ❓
And it is already gone 😢.
I guess the next one will be the rest of Tsururei from last week.

Among the 36 bottles, there were No.6-R, Tobiroki, Zogapale, Jyushidai, and some rare sake, and the probability was less than 20%. Satochanfruity flavor
Fruity aroma, smooth attack. Moderate sweetness, slight acidity. Light and full-bodied, easy to drink.

Sweet aroma, soft attack. The taste is firm and delicious, but the mouthfeel is light. It goes in smoothly and has a lingering aftertaste.
I bought it by the bottle for now. But it is a cute and powerful wine made from 100% Omachi rice 🤣. きっしーSanzen Sakura❤
I've never had so many kinds of Sanzen Sakura, but this is the first time for me.
It seems to leave a little habit in the aftertaste.
The more I drink it, the less I mind the habit.
On the second day, the sweetness increases and the habit becomes a little less noticeable.
I personally prefer "Sakura nigori" when it comes to Sanzen Sakura! It's perfect for summer ☀️🍉🌻🏊.

First fumotwi after drinking the rest of the sogapale I opened a month ago.
There is almost no aroma.
It has a summery sweetness. A little thin?
The sweetness remains, but it moves to the refreshing type.
It goes well with rock oysters and dachamame (green soybeans).
Coincidentally, today we have turban shells, edamame (edamame), and wasabi.

I was able to purchase this in May from Masaru-yasan's hanpukai. It went up the moment I saw it at the Masaru-yasan counter 🥳 grin 😁.
In fact, the Nn.6 S type is in the June distribution 😎The distribution is wonderful💓
So, the main issue.
The aroma is discreetly acidic and fruity.
The mouthfeel is also discreetly acidic and sweet. The taste is soft, round and elegant.
It has the potential of being a wine made by a winery, but it tastes like wine. It went well with meat.
After an hour, it tastes very good, partly because it is more rounded and partly because I was drunk.
Anne is made with Association 1 yeast. I wonder if the Sisu we drank the other day was made with Association No. 6 yeast.

I don't need to tell you how delicious Tenbi is, but it's hard to find it in many stores....

It is even easier to drink than Sasamasamune, which I posted earlier. It is a quintessential brand of Oki Daikichi. It's a pinch of sake, and it's delicious. _.) _ 山廃純米The second one of the New Year. First visit of the year to the sake shop Masuruya Tama Plaza. I found a bottle of Sasamasamune Rum-chan there, and brought it home along with a bottle of Kijo-zake, a musical instrument. When I got home, I looked carefully at the label on the back of the bottle and found that this Sasamasamune is also a kijoshu. I should have bought the Junjo sake on the shelf instead of the one in the fridge (-_-). The sensation of drinking it was that there was no fizziness. It was a bit like the Shinmasa blanched cat that I drank before. And what are the specs?
Ingredient rice = Yume no Kou
Polishing ratio = 60%.
Sake meter = -25
Acidity = 1.8

This sake has a really good balance. It's very elegant.

This is the first time I drank Isshaku Suisei Jungin Yamadanishiki at home.
I always drink it at "Izakaya Chocho" in Sendai on business trips, but I bought it at Masaruya on my way home from the gym.
I was worried about the Amami, but...
I started flying after 4 o'clock.
After drinking beer, I had a glass of ICHIHAKUSUISEI.
Slight ginjo aroma, sweetness and umami.
Not much acidity.
It is full-bodied.
It has a heavy flavor, but also a trendy taste.

CEL24 is a Kochi Prefecture yeast.
I think of "Kameizumi" when I think of CEL24, does it have that fruity taste? I think of "Kaygetsu" as being more of a dry type.
It has a refreshing sweetness, and it is not dry, but I wonder if it is the alcohol that counteracts the sweetness and sharpens the overall taste.
It is different from the sake I usually drink.
This is good because it is easy to drink, but I wonder if it is better suited as a food drink because of its sharp finish.

Akabu Junmai Hiyoroshi.
We will have it on the middle day of consecutive holidays.
It has been matured in a low temperature storage during the summer.
The aroma has a strong alcohol taste.
The first sip is sweet. The taste of rice is also strong.
It is not rice bran? It is not rice bran, but it tastes like pickles.
After a while, it became round.
Potato salad, edamame, pickled red turnip and salmon.

At Masariya, I got sunburst and Akabu no Autumn Sake.
Today is sunburst.
It's been about a year.
It's so acidic. I knew it was sunburst.
The feeling of gas when the bottle is opened + fruity.
Bitterness after sweetness.
Delicious.
Edamame + kiriboshi daikon salad + shabu shabu.
