Today I returned to Yokohama, so I opened a bottle of "Amami Light Nigori" that I had stocked in the refrigerator! This is the first time for me to drink Amami's light nigori! Well, how does it taste? (*^^*) Umami! This one is a true hit! Slight sweetness, not too strong but just the right amount of acidity, and a slight bubbling sensation! Everything is fused together and it's great👍! It's so easy to drink - dangerous dangerous ⚠️ vaccine 🤣🤣𐤔 It's late at night, so let's not drink too much. I'll continue tomorrow.

⭐︎ I received a line from "Masariya" saying that the Kuheiji light nigori I had reserved had arrived, so I went to collect it. I had no plans for the middle day of a three-day weekend. So we had lunchtime sake. We had a simple oyster nabe and sake. The first Kuheiji light nigori I have had in a year is delicious. The aroma is moderate. When you drink it, it is sweet. But when you turn it around in your mouth, you can feel the acidity, the tangy gasiness, and the umami that is typical of Yamada-Nishiki. Beer (black + lager) → Kuheiji → the rest of Tsururei

⭐︎ The first afternoon of a three-day weekend is curry pot in Jyushiyo: ⁉️ I opened a bottle that I bought in last year's hanpukai (Masariya) and kept in the fridge for 6 months because it was too good to waste. Following last week, this is also my birthday flying 😏. Sweet 😎! The sweetness stands out with a strong fruity aroma, followed by a slight gasiness. The sweetness is tempered. Delicious. It has a nice flavor that is typical of Jyushiyo, accustomed to sweetness. I may be wrong, but I think it is a thick wind forest ❓ And it is already gone 😢. I guess the next one will be the rest of Tsururei from last week. Beer -> Jyushiyo -> maybe Tsururei

delicious and lovely sake Sweet aroma, soft attack. The taste is firm and delicious, but the mouthfeel is light. It goes in smoothly and has a lingering aftertaste. I bought it by the bottle for now. But it is a cute and powerful wine made from 100% Omachi rice 🤣.

Sanzen Sakura❤ I've never had so many kinds of Sanzen Sakura, but this is the first time for me. It seems to leave a little habit in the aftertaste. The more I drink it, the less I mind the habit. On the second day, the sweetness increases and the habit becomes a little less noticeable. I personally prefer "Sakura nigori" when it comes to Sanzen Sakura! It's perfect for summer ☀️🍉🌻🏊. I want to drink it again(o・o)/~

⭐︎ It's been a while since I've had a drink at home. Even though it's Friday 😢. First fumotwi after drinking the rest of the sogapale I opened a month ago. There is almost no aroma. It has a summery sweetness. A little thin? The sweetness remains, but it moves to the refreshing type. It goes well with rock oysters and dachamame (green soybeans). Coincidentally, today we have turban shells, edamame (edamame), and wasabi. I'm soaked 😁.

It certainly has a crisp taste. It has a dry taste with a refreshing throat ❤. It has a bit of a peculiar aftertaste, so I personally think it's better to drink it tightly chilled❤. ⭐︎ I was able to purchase this in May from Masaru-yasan's hanpukai. It went up the moment I saw it at the Masaru-yasan counter 🥳 grin 😁. In fact, the Nn.6 S type is in the June distribution 😎The distribution is wonderful💓 So, the main issue. The aroma is discreetly acidic and fruity. The mouthfeel is also discreetly acidic and sweet. The taste is soft, round and elegant. It has the potential of being a wine made by a winery, but it tastes like wine. It went well with meat. After an hour, it tastes very good, partly because it is more rounded and partly because I was drunk. Anne is made with Association 1 yeast. I wonder if the Sisu we drank the other day was made with Association No. 6 yeast. Half & Half -> Sogapale What shall we drink in the evening?

This week I took a paid weekend off and returned to Yokohama. I'm slammed because I've decided to get a new job in the spring, but I want to settle down and savor my sake at night. This time, I opened a bottle of "Tenbi" that I bought at Masaruya Tama Plaza last month ❤Now there is no stock in the fridge 🤣. I don't need to tell you how delicious Tenbi is, but it's hard to find it in many stores.... Remove the stopper cover and open the bottle with a light force and a PON sound❤. It has a gentle fresh aroma and a fresh finish of soft sweetness with white grape type 🍇 acidity 🧡 with a bit of petiteness, as expected from Tenmei 🧡. 💕︎

The second bottle of Kijo-zake was a Musical Instrument Masamune. It has a juicy, slightly fizzy feeling that comes immediately after drinking. Just like Mitsuya Cider without half of the carbonation. And the specs are Polishing ratio = 60 Sake meter = -9.0 Acidity = ? Rice used = ? (From Sakaya Kurihara's website) It is even easier to drink than Sasamasamune, which I posted earlier. It is a quintessential brand of Oki Daikichi. It's a pinch of sake, and it's delicious. _.) _

The second one of the New Year. First visit of the year to the sake shop Masuruya Tama Plaza. I found a bottle of Sasamasamune Rum-chan there, and brought it home along with a bottle of Kijo-zake, a musical instrument. When I got home, I looked carefully at the label on the back of the bottle and found that this Sasamasamune is also a kijoshu. I should have bought the Junjo sake on the shelf instead of the one in the fridge (-_-). The sensation of drinking it was that there was no fizziness. It was a bit like the Shinmasa blanched cat that I drank before. And what are the specs? Ingredient rice = Yume no Kou Polishing ratio = 60%. Sake meter = -25 Acidity = 1.8 (From the long-established Kadoya website) We paired it with Ajitama from Famima for a tasting. Have a good Pon-Shu life this year!

The third bottle for the New Year's Eve and New Year's Day is "Tenbi" ❤. No need to explain this one ❤ It's the best ❤. The reason why I can drink this normally is because "Masaruya Tama Plaza" started to carry "Tenbi" ❤. I love the balance between the refreshing sweetness that spreads in the mouth and the firm acidity and slight bitterness that follows it ❤❤. I love it 😋😋.

The second bottle I found when I went to "Masaruya Tama Plaza" to buy a bottle of "Ki" ❤. I had a hard time deciding which one to buy, but this time I chose "Amami" and "Ki"! I was also attracted to "Kamo Nishiki" and "Koeikiku Snoclet", but this time I went for this one! When I opened the bottle, I smelled something sour#(**). I wonder what it tastes like. Pour it into a glass and take a sip! I see...this is the cause of the stinky smell! It's a yogurt type. I asked my family what it tasted like and they said it was banana🍌 pear🍐. In short, it's fruity𐤔. It is not sweet and refreshing and has no depth of flavor, but I think it is suitable for those who like lactic acidic drinks that are easy to drink (˶'˵˵ ). I looked at the back of the bottle, and to my surprise, the sake rice is Koshihikari‼️‼️‼️‼️. Is that so? It's quite an adventurous bottle 𐤔

⭐︎ Today is Christmas Eve. And I'm staying at home with Momo. It's not Christmas Eve. Instead, it's fun 😎. This sake has a really good balance. It's very elegant. It is full-bodied with a modest assertiveness. It's a beautiful sake with no cloying taste. It is freshly squeezed, but it seems to have been aged. It is delicious.
