I was free, so I ran in the morning and went to the gym in the afternoon.
On the way home, I got some Yamamoto at "Masaruya".
It's a sake made with Chardonnay yeast + Akita sake yeast added at different times.
The initial aroma is not very pleasant.
Good acidity and fruitiness, refreshing taste.
Is it a summer sake?
But about an hour after opening the bottle, the flavor, aroma, sourness, and fruitiness come together, and you'll be glad you bought it.
It went well with the sea bream aquapazza.
And I drank it all up.

Duke Shibusawa, good morning!
Is the Japanese rhyme exactly the wine?
I'm very curious✨.
The sea bream aquapazza looks so good 😆.

kino.san Thank you for your comment.
I didn't feel the wine so much as the Japanese rhyme.
I guess it is a food wine that doesn't interfere with sakana dishes. It was delicious, so please try it when you find it.
