Super slightly carbonated, with a green apple-like aroma, sweetness, and rice flavor that comes on quickly and flows with a touch of bitterness 🍏. I wasn't able to sample it at the brewery festival, but I heard that Nemuchi had tasted it before and enjoyed it, so I decided to buy it too ✨. As I had heard, it has a freshness and a strong rice flavor, so I could gobble it up on its own 👍! 720 mL ¥ 1,870

It flows with a pineapple-like sweetness and just the right amount of acidity 🍍. This is also a brewery that was introduced to us by Nemuchi at the Hankyu brewery event. I had never heard of this brand, so I wondered if I should buy it, but Nemuchi-san and bouken-san said it was delicious, so I decided to buy it 💡. The sake rice for cosmetic purposes was sold out, but I was happy to buy Omachi, which was well received by everyone at the tasting👍. 720 mL ¥ 2,475

The umami of the rice comes in a gust of flavor, and then flows with a touch of sourness. I rushed to the store 30 minutes before closing time at the Hankyu Brewer's Festival and bought this bottle at the storehouse where bouken and Nemuchi picked it up for me. It is made from rice called "Tochigi-no-Hoshi," which has a strong flavor with a clean aftertaste and is easy to drink 💡. The label also had a little sparkle to it, making it one of the more eye-catching bottles in the line ✨. 720 mL ¥ 1,595

It has a bit of sweetness, like a tossed cotton candy, and flows smoothly. It is mild on the palate and quite refreshing. Surprisingly, it may be similar to Nagano sake. ⁉️ First time at Miyazaki sake, 300 check-ins ✨(though it was in the order of posting 💧). This is also one I bought at the brewer's festival at the Hankyu Umeda main store on September 1. When tasting it with Mr. Sakeran, he surprised me by saying "Miyazaki sake is pretty serious ‼️" and bought a basic Junmai sake. If I see it again, it will be one of the other brands I would like to try 💡. 720 mL ¥ 1,500

Cherry-like sweetness spreads and recedes with a nutty bitterness. The higher the temperature, the less bitterness. The flavor is strong, but not too harsh, which is what I personally like. I bought this bottle at the brewer's festival held at the Hankyu Umeda main store on September 1. Chiyomusubi seems to be available, but I don't think so. I remember being surprised to see it at a premium price at an izakaya in Rokko-michi 👀. I was on my way home from work that day, Rafa papa Aladdin Mr. Maru Mr. Sakeran We visited several breweries' booths in about an hour and a half. On the way, I met Hirupeko-san and ❗️ Everyone seemed to be in a serious businessman mode at first glance, but when we went around together, we got into our usual tension ⤴️ 720 mL ¥ 1,595

Hankyu Sake Brewer's Festival starts today. From Miyazaki Prefecture, where the map has yet to be filled in, here is "Hajimari" by Sentoku Sake Brewery! Sentoku Sake Brewery is a valuable sake brewery that is almost unavoidable for the people of Sakénawa to clear Miyazaki Prefecture😅. We must support them to keep the light of sake brewing in the 47 prefectures alive 😤. This is a second fermentation sake in bottle brewed to commemorate the 1,300th anniversary of the compilation of the Chronicles of Japan, in reference to the anecdote of Princess Konohanasakuyahime in the Chronicles of Japan, which states that Miyazaki is the birthplace of Japanese sake. The appearance is a mist white with yellowish tints. The aroma is a traditional sake-like alcoholic aroma mixed with a hint of koji aroma😅. The first attack of koji-like acidity with a vibrant gasiness and a feeling of being close to pickles but just barely safe (depending on the individual). From there, the acidity goes straight to the finish. I wonder if the G7 agriculture ministers meeting held in Miyazaki really started their reception with such a habit-forming sake 😳. Roughly speaking, it is a fizzy orchid sake (a little softer) 🍶. Well, I personally liked it, so I took it home and enjoyed it as a sake to clear Miyazaki Prefecture 😊. Yeah, I seem to like the perverted sake a lot too 😁. Thanks for the treat 🍶😋.

Thanks for your hard work today, Yoohee 🍶. At least I'm glad I made it in time for the entrance control time 😁It was definitely more fun to go around with everyone 😊 than when I was alone. At least we can fill up Miyazaki prefecture and be at ease with our style 😎.

Aladdin, good evening 😃. Speedy post 😊 I bought this one at last year's brewer's festival and it was quite pickle-like 💦 It's gentler and easier to drink than orchid sake, but it's very peculiar 🤣.

Good morning, sake-run-san😄! Thank you very much for the Hankyu Sake Brewery Festival yesterday! Don't worry, "orchid sake" (= habit-forming perverted sake) will become a generally accepted term in Sakegawa from now on 😁 or maybe it already is 🤣.

Hi Pon 😃 Hajimari is so good that I buy it myself ☺️ but many people don't like the pickle aroma as an off-flavor, so I'm rethinking that maybe the level of public acceptance is higher than I thought 🤔.
