A slight pineapple aroma spreads and is quickly snapped up.
I bought this bottle at a traveling SAKE shop.
I was not going to buy sake from Hyogo, but the salesman was so overzealous that I ended up buying it.
But I am glad I did, because it tasted sweet and tasty, just the way I like it.
I had never heard of this brand before, as it is brewed in Himeji City, but it seems that they put more effort into selling to overseas customers than to domestic ones.
The label is simple, but the colors are nice and luxurious.

Good evening, Mr. Yoohee.
I once bought a bottle of sake from this place, even though I didn't intend to buy it 🤣It's okay though, because it was delicious!
bouken Good evening ❗️
I just read your review 📃.
I'm sure the sales staff here has been very pushy since that time 🙂 I only bought one bottle.
I only bought one, but you bought two 😅.
When I was there, it was a male salesperson in his 20s or so.
I see that the female toji is also the president of the company.
It certainly has a feminine feel to it in terms of design 😄.
The moment you put it in your mouth, the sweetness spreads.
When I drank it on the second day after opening it, I could taste some miscellaneous flavors, so it might have been better to drink it sooner.
I bought this bottle at a traveling SAKE shop.
I am interested in the other lines, so I would like to bring it to my friend's house and enjoy drinking it on the same day.

Lightly sweet and slips right through.
A perfect match for a lighter menu.
Speaking of Kariho, it is Rokusyu Summer Mist at the right time of year, but this time I opened the normal Kingfisher label that I purchased at the April Traveling SAKE.
It is too dry and light on the palate, so be careful not to drink too much.
The Kariho brand tastes like something I would like to drink regularly in the future.

It has a clean taste, with few peculiarities, and goes on and on.
Since it is a daiginjo, the emphasis is on ease of drinking, and the alcohol is not too harsh.
This is also one of the bottles we got from traveling SAKE.
I bought it because there were few reviews of daiginjos.
For this taste and price, I would buy a Junmai Daiginjo or the Muryozan series for a little extra.

The sweetness can be felt immediately, but then it quickly recedes, leaving a clean and refreshing taste.
The flavor and aftertaste are well balanced with a feeling of ultra-fine carbonation, and it goes on quite well.
This is one of the bottles available at the traveling SAKE.
The sales staff at the brewery told us that the Suwa Miyamanishiki was all they had in stock at Hankyu, and that there were only three bottles left.
The top photo of traveling SAKE was also Mikotsuru, and I was curious about it since it was highly recommended, but I am glad I bought it.
I couldn't resist buying a limited quantity of raw cheesecake made with Mikotsuru's sake lees and glass.
I am curious about other sake rice as well.
If I see it again, I'm sure I'll repeat my purchase.

The freshness spreads more than the sweetness, and it goes with a bang.
Even though it is a nama-shu, there is little bitterness from the alcohol, making it perfect for the season as the temperature rises.
Personally, I prefer it to Junmai Daiginjo made with Yamadanishiki.
This bottle was purchased at a traveling SAKE shop.
This quality at this price is a very good value for money.

The ultra-fine carbonation and the high alcohol content (19°) bring out the bitterness.
On the second day after opening, the sweetness has increased a little.
I can also smell the ginjo alcohol, so I am wondering what difference a junmai ginjo would make.
One of the ones I got at the traveling SAKE.
I was going to buy the canned Sakura label, but the cheerful brewer's brother recommended the Cho Naokumi, and I bought it.
It is available for pre-order online every year and can be drunk at home two days after bottling.

The sweetness spreads in the mouth, followed by the aroma of muscat.
Since there have been many dry Tohoku wines recently, I personally feel that it is too sweet and I don't like it that much.
This was one of the bottles purchased at the "Traveling SAKE" event held at Hankyu.
It was my first purchase, as there are not many places that sell Kido in Osaka.
It is more enjoyable to savor it slowly with a light meal than as a food sake.
The price is very reasonable for a junmai daiginjo, and I appreciate it.

2022/01/13 Umeda Hankyu Main Store, Umeda
Sougen Junmai Daiginjo Sougen Shuzo (Ishikawa)
100% Yamada Nishiki, Hyogo Prefecture, 50% polished rice, Sake degree +3, acidity undisclosed, alcohol content 16°.
I bought this at the Kanazawa/Noto Fair in the Hankyu Umeda Main Store. It has an elegant aroma of rice and a rich flavor that is full yet sharp.
It's the best sake I've ever tasted.
