Cherry-like sweetness spreads and recedes with a nutty bitterness.
The higher the temperature, the less bitterness.
The flavor is strong, but not too harsh, which is what I personally like.
I bought this bottle at the brewer's festival held at the Hankyu Umeda main store on September 1.
Chiyomusubi seems to be available, but I don't think so.
I remember being surprised to see it at a premium price at an izakaya in Rokko-michi 👀.

Hi Yoohee 😊.
You all were talking on line, so I sneaked off to join you 😆.
We had some expensive drinks that we don't usually drink and it was a lot of fun 😁.

Good evening, bouken. ⭐︎
I can't go to Yamacho-san because it closes early and I can't go there on Saturdays💦.
I can still go to Itami on my way home from work 🚈.

Good evening, Maru-san. ⭐︎
When Maru-san joined us, he had a bottle of Chiyomusubi, which I was also curious about and decided to buy👍.
It was fun to drink sake from brands and price ranges that I would never buy myself 💡.

Yamacho is open all year round!
Itami is about a 30 minute walk from the nearest station😅.

Maybe I'll go there somewhere during the year 💡.
