たけだSake and Rice Drinking Comparison
I was a self-proclaimed omatist, but this one was not my favorite.
A little bitter?
Omachi rice seems to be deep. だっぺIt is the oldest sake rice and is said to be difficult to make.
Tasting at Hankyu's brewery festival さんぽPurchased at Hanshin-Umeda. It is not too sweet and goes well with anything. しんじょうOnly in Okayama, G-bread color label (^ω・ω・・・)
The extremely soft and concentrated flavor is said to be ripe!
I think I can understand the characteristic of Omachi when it is ripe.
It goes well with a relatively wide range of foods.
It is stable both warmed and chilled.
It is a versatile wine that can be enjoyed in any way!
Kumaya Shuzo also has another brand called Ishichi, both of which are excellent!
I bought the more personal Ishichi at a sales event at Hankyu, but I never forgot about Iori and finally had a chance to taste it again!
I know it sounds like an exaggeration to say "reunion" again, but I think people at Sake-no-wa will understand!
Mr. Ota is in Gotanda
Mr. Ota boasts about his past work to a female college student.
He looks really happy!
The highlight of the evening was meeting the 91 year old owner of a corner liquor store!
And today, Mr. Jiro Shinkawa, the owner of the voice that goes well with sake, sadly passed away!
I love his lustrous golden voice, even though we are completely different generations! 遥瑛チチShinjo-san, every time❗️
Was it Kuwabara Sake Shop❓
I'd like to visit there if I have a chance 🤗
I didn't know Jiro Shinkawa 💦. しんじょうThank you very much, Mr. Haruei Chichi!
Yes, it's Kuwabara. The food looks good and the restaurant looks nice!
I'm afraid I can't go there yet because it would be too close to the restaurant.
Mr. Jiro Shinkawa is too old!
When my parents were kids... ヒラッチョGood evening, Shinjo 😀
Okayama is g-pants, I guess! 👍
I currently use Kojima denim fabric's for my work bag.
Kuwabara Shoten, good liquor store 👍.
しんじょうGood evening, Mr. Hiraccio.
I wrote "G-pants" at random, but I didn't expect a denim bag!
I'll try to write even if it's random.
There is a bottle of Akanesasu at Kuwabara Shoten!
I haven't tasted the Kame no Umi recommended by Mr. Hiraccio, but the Akanesasu was great! むぅみんだにAt Universal City. The blue label is soooo shibu! (^...^)
The rice is called "Bizen Omachi". The aroma reminds me of brown sugar. But it is dry. Yes, dry. BrubeckThis is the second review of a sake from Kumaya Shuzo in Bizengochi.
It was recommended to me by a Kumaya Shuzo employee at the Depa Underground Store in Okayama Tenmaya. As I mentioned before, the employees at Kumaya Shuzo are very nice. Their sales talk is very positive.
I heard that this brand was also served in the first class lounge of the airplane.
"It's a little dry numerically, but the sweetness comes out first on the palate. Kumaya Shuzo said. I felt the same way when I actually drank it. However, it is not all about the sweetness, the flavor is deep and mellow.
This sake is shockingly delicious. It's a quality I would recommend to my friends, and it's right up my alley. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
