I remember tasting this at last year's traveling SAKE.
Thick like makgeolli or doburoku. It's thick and gassy.
It's about 20 degrees Celsius, so a dangerous one.
I felt it had a pretty strong alsobe feeling.
Fire-brewed nigori is easier to drink.

I'm not an active summer sake drinker, so this is my first time drinking it!
It's refreshing and a little muscat-like.
Well, it tastes good, but is it a little too refreshing for me?
I like summer sake like Yamori.

Hana Yuu, which we don't often have a chance to drink because it is basically a bottle of sake.
It has a rich peachy sweetness. But it is light and refreshing.
I would like a little more umami.
I didn't feel any pungency though, so it might be easy to drink.

Mr. Rainfall, who seems to be in a lot of trouble.
The sake was a limited edition sake from SakeBase, a liquor store in Chiba, Japan.
SakeBase also has a special order of Kaze no Mori, which is awesome!
Although the rice is polished to 90%, it has a clean taste and is easy to drink.
It tastes sweet and sour with a lactic acidity.

Shikishima is a place I'm not really into.
But if I see him out and about, I'll drink 😁.
Unlike the Shikishima I've had so far, it has a nice aroma on the nose.
But when I drink it, it has a complex flavor and a little cardboard-like boxy flavor can be seen and hidden. Sweet and bitter.
I think it's lighter than the other Shikishima's.
The aroma may be a bit Western 🤔.
I remember writing that the Shikishima Yamadanishiki I drank before also had a Western-style aroma.
I think it's a lie that it tastes like a box, right? I know you might think that, but many people who drank it were convinced by the box 🤣.

For some reason, I've been drinking a lot of yamori lately.
I bought a bottle of yakamori the day before the offline meeting too 🙄.
It's a bit gassy, rummy, and summery.
I like it because it's not too thin and it's very drinkable among summer liquors.
I couldn't drink the old one because it had too much off-flavor, but this one is just plain delicious.
I'm satisfied to know that it's a proper tasty sake 😊.

Gorgeous, juicy, sweet and delicious.
I think it's sweeter and tastier than the MATCH I had at home before 😋.
Reviews I've had at home in the past say it's bitter. Aladdin also says it has a strong bitterness.
It's hard to tell because the amount was small, but I think there was bitterness.

I had the impression that Shirokiku always served only unique sake, but I hadn't had it yet, so they shared it with me.
It was sweet in the mouth, with a hint of sourness.

Next up was another draft sake, a long time coming, brewed by Kusumori🌳.
Maru brother who was sitting in front of us ordered some 🍶.
It wasn't freshly opened, so it wasn't schwirling, but it had a grapefruitiness to it and flowed smoothly.
It had a nice sourness to it that reset my mouth ✨.

Nishibori had never had one before so we decided to order it 💡.
It has a strong rice sweetness, and this one is also sweet like Wasanbon, leaving a bit of a lingering taste on the tongue.
Upon closer inspection, it was a Tochigi sake 👀.

I know it's a little late, but I'm starting the New Year's Party Report. (I'm glad I could do it before the next one starts💦)
The first meeting was at Fusae in the 2nd building, but I saved it for beer so I could enjoy the all-you-can-drink first meeting (everyone drank almost all the beer in the first round, though...)
After that, we took the Yotsubashi line to Higobashi and arrived at the venue for this event, "Ojisan to Sake" 🚇.
I ordered Ippo-self by QR mobile order, but mine didn't go through due to being on the same flight as bouken-san's, so I ended up asking bouken-san to share it with me 💡.
It was a perfect toast with a refined sweetness like wasanbon and flowed smoothly ✨.

I've had a few of these in the past, so I'll put a digest of them here, but I also had a bottle of Kuroryu Jungin 😋.
I haven't had it in a while, but it's a bit melon-y, like a calm food sake.
The 3 hours went by so fast ⏰.
We changed seats during the party, but some of us couldn't talk to each other, so we'll see you next time 😊.
The next day, I posted on the restaurant's Instagram that 15 bottles of sake had been emptied, and I wonder if the owner was a bit surprised 🤣.
