After a seat change time around here, we decided to have some makgeolli that Nemuchi-san had selected from the refrigerated case🥃.
The label is loose for Tate-no-kawa, and is it in line with the recent Showa-retro boom?
I thought it would taste rich, but it was a bit sweet and sour and felt refreshing in my mouth💡. ポンちゃんHi Yoohee 🐦.
I was deeply impressed by the time difference review of "Ojisan" and how different sake is depending on the season 😊I wish I could have drunk this one 〰:COPY00

I'm always checking the refrigerated case, so it's fun to drink more and more sake that's not on the menu... 🌸

There was a bottle that had not yet been opened, so I asked if I could order it. I asked him if it was OK to order that, and he said it was fine.
It was not sake, but a liqueur made by Tate-no-kawa Shuzo.
It was like amazake, and I think it was delicious.
The guy at the store said that a brewery that sold well with liqueur can make any kind of sake they like and do many other things 🤔.
It's nice to have a liqueur to reset in the middle 😁.
