I had the impression that Hidakami's Gin no Iroha was quite tasty when I drank it, but what about Atago's Matsu?

Sake with my uncle who was visiting the restaurant for the first time on account of his business trip to Osaka.
The first sake we had was Hanamup. Rikuwada is a rice grown by the Takagi Sake Brewery, and Ryoseki Sake Brewery is the only brewery in the country that uses this rice.

When it gets "super" it's like a rice shochu? I imagined it would be like rice shochu, but I was wrong.
It smells like magic ink and flows smoothly on the tongue with a tangy 💨

I think this is the second time since Usagi-san let me taste it last year at the brewery.
It's spicy but sharp and has a really nice sharpness, so it's gone from my mouth before I know it.
If I were to drink it myself, I'd say it's about the right level of super-hot.
I didn't drink it myself, but there were others who drank Tengu Mai, Takachiyo, Takeyuki, Shichu, Ame no Tsuki, Himezen, Garakudai, Tsukiyama, Toyo Bijin, Tenka, etc. 😊.

Choice of sake for heating and room temperature
There is a liquor store that sells sake, but they only sell sake bottles. The liquor store itself sells only sake bottles 😅.
Junmai Daiginjo specs, but they dare to label it as Junmai.

The rice is Miyamanishiki, so I have high expectations 😆.

I know Bon is delicious, but I tend to put it off because it's easy to get😅.

It's so refreshing and clean!
I think it's a standard sake of Bon, but it's gorgeous and has a good balance of sweet, spicy, and acidic tastes.
The yeast is KZ10, an in-house yeast.
It's a little less impressive than some of the other sakes we drank that day, but it's a standard sake for evening drinking, so I guess it's designed to have that kind of quality.

Rumiko's sake, which I've avoided in the past because I drank RIE STYLE and Ei from the same brewery and found them to be quite dry.
It's like a summer sake made by adding water to unfiltered unpasteurized sake.
This is my first Rumiko sake, but I think it's too dry and not enough for me... Also, this sake is too hard for me...

I thought it would flow like water because it's a super dry Jun Dai, but it wasn't.
It was like a refreshing muscat water, aromatic and sweet at the same time, and disappeared in a flash.

I've had 18-mori before, but this is my first time to drink Tagaji.
And it is a test brew of hiragana.
It is a gorgeous and quite sweet sake.
A little dry and sweet.
It must have been gassy when it was freshly opened.
