I know Bon is delicious, but I tend to put it off because it's easy to get😅.
I think we'll be drinking it again for the first time in about 2 years.
It's so refreshing and clean!
I think it's a standard sake of Bon, but it's gorgeous and has a good balance of sweet, spicy, and acidic tastes.
The yeast is KZ10, an in-house yeast.
It's a little less impressive than some of the other sakes we drank that day, but it's a standard sake for evening drinking, so I guess it's designed to have that kind of quality.
At 2,750 yen per bottle, it's a very good value for money sake!
