The last Kansai Chapter New Year's party was held at Uncle and Sake 🏬.
When I got off at Higobashi station, I was in a bit of a hurry as it looked like I was just in time for the meeting, and I met up with Nemuchi-san.
After that, we were seated close to each other and he told me "There's hana-yosu ❗️" and I said "That's nice!" and we ended up toasting sake 💡.

This is also my first time sharing Sawanoizumi 💡.
I thought it was dry on the palate, but the umami gradually spread and I enjoyed the surprisingly robust flavor ✨.
I'm so grateful to be able to get a bottle of Sendai's Sake Kawashima's special order in Osaka 🙌!
The master's love of sake was evident in the store, as he stocks his own special sake from all over the country👍.
After the party, bouken and I stopped by our usual liquor store and bought some cat sake that was handed to us before we knew it 😹.
It was a great day drinking with everyone.

We decided to have Osaka sake at the end of the party🌸
It is called Yamahai, which means "mountain waste", and it has a deep flavor with a lot of umami.
I've been drinking a lot of smooth sakes, so drinking them in this order makes a strong statement👍.

I had the impression that Hidakami's Gin no Iroha was quite tasty when I drank it, but what about Atago's Matsu?

Sake with my uncle who was visiting the restaurant for the first time on account of his business trip to Osaka.
The first sake we had was Hanamup. Rikuwada is a rice grown by the Takagi Sake Brewery, and Ryoseki Sake Brewery is the only brewery in the country that uses this rice.

Choice of sake for heating and room temperature
