Last weekend I went to Ichikawa City in Chiba Prefecture, where my father lives, and I had some free time, so I walked about 20 minutes to the nearby Sake no Oikawa to do some shopping! I had to buy some Chiba sake!
I got this and Fudo, which I had never seen before, and brought them back home 😊.
I had never heard of Narumi, but I picked it up because it looked so nice!
The first day I had it cold 😊 Yeah! It's a very calm sake with beautiful acidity and just the right amount of umami 😌 This is delicious!
I thought it would go well with heated sake too, so that's where Nobey Yokocho comes in! The rest of the sake was served heated!
Yes! No doubt Nobby prefers it heated ✨.

By the way, today is finally the 1st Tochigi Sakénowa Kenmin Kai! There are some people who can't make it, so not all of us invited, but Piro-san, Bousuke-san, Tsubu-chan and the rest of us will be enjoying ourselves👍!
We hope to do it regularly in the future, and when we do, we'd like to invite everyone who couldn't make it this time, as well as people from Ibaraki and Gunma prefectures who might have a longing for Tochigi Prefecture 😆.

Good drinks are a sin 😓.
Even after drinking all the shochu and highballs, it skipped our memory a little bit before and Nobby had to suffer the next day 😆... 😆.
But Haneya-san is blameless 😳

A faint sweet aroma (tabun).
Not too sweet, but tasty with a hint of sourness (yeah right) I was drunk, so I left my dad, my sister and my daughter behind and we both went for the kuikui (I don't know about you).
Yeah, it was delicious (no doubt about it)!

So, I'm going to Kyushu tomorrow.
The flight ✈️ we originally planned to take was cancelled 😭
But with a minute's hope, we tried another flight 🏉 So far it looks like it will fly, but we won't know until the last minute 😢.

The label "Dokidoki" is an image of summer and has no deep meaning, but we took it with us because it suited our sentiments at the time of the re-inspection 😆.
When poured into the glass, it smelled slightly sweet 😌.

It also has a Senkou-like feel 🤔.

Last weekend I cleaned up the garden at my parents' house, which had been vacant for a while since my father moved out 🧹.
The life force of weeds is amazing! They grow so fast in the summer😳
If weeds got a physical exam they would be all A's 😆.
My sister, Nobby and I managed to get the yard cleaned up after sweating 💦 a lot. Now if only we could get this house sold.
In the evening, we met up with my daughter and had dinner at her father's apartment. J&N left the shopping for the meal to my daughter and sister, and we went to "Sake no Oikawa", which I found by Googling.
Oh, so this is what a banana smells like!
Sweet and sour, juicy and a bit gassy, with a nice balance of bitterness at the end. I enjoyed it chilled and on its own👍
The second picture is a Niigata sake called Kopi Rinko that we had with our first sushi! My sister had bought some for us. It was a clear, medium-spicy sake that went well with the sushi.

This is the first Tokyo sake I received last weekend!
The shape of the bottle is a bit different, with a shorter mouth of the bottle to grab when pouring.
And the shiny 🌟 and beautiful text on the label!
The aroma is gorgeous!
When you take a sip, you will be surprised at how fruity it is.
I had imagined a dry sake with a strong sake taste, but this is delicious👍!
The acidity is also bright and it has no peculiarities, so it seems to be popular with everyone!
I enjoyed it 😌.
By the way, I just got the results of Jay's detailed examination and talked to him at the hospital. One of the values was still bad, but based on the other test values and the overall results, there are no problems at this point and he will be under observation. At least it was good 😮💨 On the other hand, the results of the comprehensive medical checkup came in late for Nobby, and we had to do additional tests... J&N's ordeal continues 😓.
