This is another sake we brought back from Chiba the other day, our first Fudo-san 😊.
We went into Sake no Oikawa's refrigerated room and looked at it from one end to the other, and as it was getting cold, I looked at the label on the bottle and saw that it said "White Koji & Malic Acid" 😳.
I thought 🤩 This is my absolute favorite J&N ‼️ and picked it up without hesitation 👍
Now, let's open the bottle to see what it's like!
Yeah, the good aroma and sweetness of my favorite malic acid, combined with the freshness of the citric acid from the white malted rice, makes it sweet and sour 😋 Yeah meh 😍!
The label is true!
This is as good as you can imagine, or even better👍
It was easy to drink and went down very smoothly 😆.
Chiba's sake is also delicious 😄.
