The acidity that follows after the umami flavor creates a pleasantly smooth aftertaste. It is also good warmed in the chilly rainy season. Pair it with grilled deep-fried tofu or deep-fried tofu.

The aroma is mild, the acidity is strong, and the astringent taste that comes afterwards gives it a pleasant sharpness and lingering aftertaste. In a word, it is a refreshing sake. However, it is not lacking in umami, and you will never get tired of drinking this delicious sake. For sashimi, it is perfect with tuna medium fatty tuna, salmon, and trout. For meat dishes, it goes well with thinly sliced meat rather than lumps of meat, such as beautifully sashi (Japanese beef) shabu-shabu.

The last sake of the off-line meeting in Tohoku was a Jyushidai! Nakadori Junmai Namaizumi We had our favorite Jyushidai as the last drink of the night! The party started at 6:30 p.m. and the clock was ticking well past midnight when we left the restaurant! Some of us tasted the fruity sake together! Thank you, Master, for the delicious combination 😊. (Wanodowan, who joined late, has her dog illustrated on the far right). Next time, we hope that etorannzyu, the chairman of the Tohoku Off-line Meeting, will join us and we can talk about all kinds of drinks! Thank you very much for the gifts you brought to us. I will bring 4 kinds of Hokkaido Sake for everyone to enjoy! I hope you enjoy the 4 kinds of Hokkaido Sake 🍶. By the way, I counted them later and this was the 1500th one! 🍶🍶🍶🍶🍶🍶🍶🍶🍶🍶 🍶🍶🍶🍶🍶 extensive knowledge Label on the back of the bottle The label on the back of the bottle reads, "A mellow, umami-kuchi sake with a soft aftertaste that harmonizes the powerful flavor characteristic of unfiltered sake with a fresh ginjo aroma." The specs on the back label reads: "Special Junmai-shu, Ingredients: Rice (domestic), Rice Koji (domestic), Polishing ratio 55%, 100% domestic rice used, Alcohol content 15%".

The third event is WANTED by the right to invade Ukraine🇺🇦? I thought it was the blindfolded man. I looked it up and found it was a sake made by Mr. Kikumori, the man who made Taxi Driver 🍶. Sake with a hint of nigori A good balance of sweetness and sourness. I'll post it together with the rare sake I've never seen before, from the front and the back! Mr. Wankodawan carefully took pictures of each bottle, so I'm reviewing them now! the knowledge of the brewery The label on the back of the bottle helpfully explains that the name of the sake is "Viktor-nage kara no jujigatame," which is the name of a technique that our brewer used to win a fight when he was a mixed martial arts fighter. It has a soft mouthfeel, and is very much like a nigori sake. It has a quiet and quiet demeanor. It has a sweet and sour taste, and a light feeling.

The second is ahead of the summer Beautiful sky blue label I looked at the brand name and saw Nanbu Bijin excellent refreshing feeling! From this point on, the master carefully wiped and wiped each bottle of sake, which had been collected as a collector for a long time! I'll show you a picture of almost all of them later, but all the participants were standing still! It turned out to be a photo session! knowledge of the art of sake The name of this sake is "Nanbu Bijin Summer Sake Breezy", which gives you a pleasant feeling like a gentle breeze! Breezy = a gentle breeze. As the name suggests, it is a summer sake, but the label is designed to evoke a cool breeze. The label is designed to evoke a cool breeze, with clouds flowing slowly under a clear blue sky. The words "Just Relax" are also on the label. Just like the clouds flowing in the cool breeze, we want you to enjoy this sake while taking it easy and relaxing. You can feel the brewer's desire. The sake poured into the glass had a mild apple-like aroma. I enjoyed the mellow aroma that passed from my mouth to my nose, the roundness that rolled over my tongue, and the refreshing aftertaste. Since it is low-alcohol and easy to drink, you will probably not be able to stop drinking it on a hot summer day when it is cooled down to a crisp.

Next order at Flame I asked for a 3-sake comparison, and the master started to arrange bottles of sake one after another on the counter! I forgot to take a picture, but I'm sure there were 5 or 6 pairs, or 15-18 bottles in that combination! I chose one of them by its label! The first bottle was Kiku no Tsukasa innocent 60! They also have 40 and 50 bottles! I love fresh sake like this! The labels on the back of the bottles all three were from Iwate Prefecture. the knowledge of the sake innocent 60 is a junmai nama sake brewed with rice from Iwate Prefecture, with a fresh fruit aroma, a crisp acidity, and the delicious flavor of rice. The mouth is enveloped by the juicy harmony of sweetness and a hint of acidity.

Tonight is Morioka Following yesterday, we started with strawberry🍓 drinking comparison! There is pink Yukikko in Yukikko! This is a sludge type The sweetness is relatively restrained It goes well with sakataro cheese and horse sashimi Just at the end of 1100 Knowledge PINK's Yukikko is gentle on the palate and has a fruity taste. The alcohol content is half that of regular Yukikko, making it easy to drink. It is brewed only with our original red yeast to give it its color.
