In a word, it is a refreshing sake.
However, it is not lacking in umami, and you will never get tired of drinking this delicious sake.
For sashimi, it is perfect with tuna medium fatty tuna, salmon, and trout.

The label on the back of the bottle helpfully explains that the name of the sake is "Viktor-nage kara no jujigatame," which is the name of a technique that our brewer used to win a fight when he was a mixed martial arts fighter.
