S. gave me this 🌸hei cup of cherry blossom for my birthday✨. When you pour cold sake into it, the color changes quickly: ☺️ It looks so vivid and beautiful! This is the first time I've seen this cup ☺️✨ I was able to enjoy once again the spring-like sake cups and the 🌸 cherry blossoms in Tohoku that were too early this year. The other day, we had a party 🎂 to celebrate my birthday with Erin who I met through Sake-no-Wa 😭. We had a party 🎂 to celebrate her birthday 😭. We received gifts of rare sake and a nice flat cup from everyone 😭. (I wish I could upload the photos... lol) We had a great time with our drinking buddies and friends amidst all the kindness and thoughtfulness. We had a great time with our drinking buddies ✨ It was a complete morning course 😁. I had a great time... ☺️ Sashimi is the specialty at this restaurant. We toasted with our favorite sake, Tasake ✨, for the first round of drinks 🥂. It caught my eye with its beautiful label 😍. Erin and her friends tell me it's called ✨100410. Why is it called Hyakushikan? I quoted from the online page of the liquor store 🙏 and made a memorandum 🙏 It's about rice. ↓↓. Hyakushikan" refers to the sake rice used, "Hanasoui". The name comes from the fact that the strain name before the rice was named was "Aokei Sake No. 140". Hana-Soui is the result of Aomori Prefecture's research into a good quality sake brewing rice comparable to Yamada-Nishiki, Hana-moi-ai was created by combining Yamadanishiki for the mother rice and Hana-fukiyuki for the father rice.

At the Tohoku offline meeting where I was invited to join the group. I will be spoiled by all the kind people 😁. Thank you very much for the fun time♪♪♪ We had all-you-can-drink so we had a lot of different kinds of drinks. Among them, the master recommended Nara's sake. I had never heard of it before. The master told us about "Bodhi yeast yeast". It has its roots in a temple in Nara. It is said that the sour water is used to grow yeast. It is very sweet ☺️. But there was also a sourness that was kind of yogurt-like So it was not a sticky sweetness. I drank it easily. Delicious ☺️🌸

Tohoku's Local Sake, Rizake Series♪ Yokote City, Akita Prefecture, Japan Junmai Ginjo with Junsai (appetizer) and crab tofu 🦀. I remember when I visited Hinomaru Brewery when I went to Yokote in March this year. I was a driver, so I was able to see many bottles of sake tasting. I was the driver, so I had to look at the many tasting bottles. I only had amazake, but I collected it as a souvenir and this time 🤣. It was refreshing and delicious☺️. I was also interested in a brand called MK-X by Hinomaru Brewery. I'm looking forward to meeting you. I'll be looking forward to meeting you ☺️. A little something special at the sake bar✨ With delicious sushi and small bowls of 🍣 from the master. I had never had "shibi tuna" before ☺️. A nice sushi restaurant, with a friendly madam who recommended it to us. I got a recommendation from the lovely madam. The sake was "Suitoki" (light nigori). It is a very rare sake and she said it was the last bottle. We were very grateful to receive it ☺️✨. The cherry blossom season is over in Tohoku and the fresh green is dazzling. Just the other day, I was looking at the Yamamotozakura🌸 and wondering if it was the last cherry blossom of the year. I was looking at the cherry blossoms with a smile. I guess it was the last sakura drink of the year ☺️. It's so gorgeous and easy to drink ☺️💖. I was able to enjoy it ☺️💖. It was delicious ☺️. I want to buy some to take home 😁. Made with red yeast or something like that. Pretty pink nigori sake✨. Strong sweetness and gorgeous aroma. It is very sweet and has a gorgeous aroma. I wonder if it's like an aperitif 🌸. It's a lovely sake that makes you feel like you're in the full enjoyment of spring. Purchased at a roadside station in Tono City, Iwate Prefecture. I think it was about 1500 yen for a four-pack. There is also a sparkling type in the same series. I was curious ☺️. I had it with shio koji nabe ☺️. Thank you ✨
