This is my favorite sake made with Ginga.
It has a perfect balance of sweetness, acidity, and astringency that pops on the tongue.
The mild aroma and umami lingers gently in the aftertaste.
It's just delicious! is the only word that comes to mind.
I would like to pair it with a simple salad with a separate dressing.
