I had to get up at 5am. Digesting the postings I've accumulated because I can't sleep 🤣. I've had Yamamoto a few times. This is the first time I'm calling it NEXT 5😍. This is the first time it has been labeled NEXT 5 😍 It uses the same sake rice and yeast as Pure Black, so the specifications are upwardly compatible. I love this one😍. I was so impressed last year when I had it for the first time 😆. Entry No.4 Shirakiku from Okunoto 🍶. According to the information I got from the liquor store at the time of purchase, this season has more lees than usual and is sweeter than usual 🤔. The aroma is like a combination of lactic acid like calpis and rum and soda 😃. Slightly effervescent and gaseous taste is pleasant. The taste of rice is rich, but not too much. The rice flavor is rich, but not harsh, and the lactic acidity makes it easy to drink 😋. It is also interesting to note that with lees, it is muddy and quite like a doburoku 🤣. I've been drinking this brand off and on in Akita, but I'm going to open it 🎶. You can drink good sake as many times as you want👍 Because of the secondary fermentation in the bottle, it is very energetic. I struggled for a while to open the bottle😅 Aroma of clean and smooth rice 😊. Slightly fizzy and pleasantly tangy on the tongue👍. Citrusy sweetness with a grapefruit feel and It has both a citrusy sweetness with a grapefruit flavor and a light rice flavor. The strong bitterness from the lees and effervescence finishes it off nicely 😋. A good sake with sweetness, umami, and bitterness 😍. Too bad I couldn't drink it without the lees mixed in due to the automatic stirring 😥.

777 Three Seven achieved 🤣. A little rich and definitely not to be missed! I'll choose such a drink 🤣. The full aroma of rice and The aroma is like a combination of melon and banana 😍. Considering it's a ginjo-shu from Shirakiku in Okunoto Less sweet and floral 🤔. Instead, the sweetness and umami from the rice is very robust 😋. It's more on the dry side and shows its true potential when paired with simmered dishes 😍. It is better cold than cold sake and hot than cold sake👍 It is more like drinking Junmai Daiginjo. I feel like I'm drinking a carefully polished, highly polished junmai sake 🤣.

Happy New Year everyone🙇♂️ We look forward to working with you this year🥺. The first one of the new year is a local Iwate, Doburoku, and Bodhi Hashiroshi. We will send you 3 different concepts 😊. The yeast is still alive when we try to open the bottle 😅 I almost spilled a little bit 😅 The aroma is very sweet and sour like doburoku 🤣. The taste is very sweet and sour like a doburoku 🤣. It tastes like pineapple 🍍. The sourness is quite strong 😆. I think there's a rice-like flavor too. but I can't tell at all because of the sweet and sour 🤣. Doburoku always has a strange and interesting taste and texture 😍. On New Year's Day, I went to Komagata Shrine in Oshu City for New Year's visit ⛩ as usual! While visiting the shrine, I got a call from someone 😭 The maintenance person in charge of today's maintenance became a corona concentrate contact person. I'm a pinch hitter in the afternoon 😥. Tomorrow I'll open another sake in a different direction 😎. Soft and gentle aroma of rice when heated 😍. I can smell the aroma moderately well when lukewarm or top-heated. But if you raise the temperature to hot, the aroma of alcohol becomes a bit stronger 😥. Full-bodied, with a strong rice flavor. It has a full-bodied flavor with a strong rice flavor and is very drinkable 😋. It doesn't have the flamboyance of a ginjo-shu, but it's a great sake to drink slowly and leisurely. I'm getting one more year older 🤣. I'm ara0000 😆. My reward? I bought a sake warmer 😍 I know "Nonbei Yokocho" was popular a while ago. In my case, I often have multiple bottles open at the same time, so I chose the "Kanmakase" which can do two types at the same time 🤔. I chose "Kanmakase" which can do 2 types of sake at the same time 🤔. The sake that deserves to make its debut is The sake that was suitable for my debut was the gem that got me into hot sake 😊. I think it's one of the best sake from Okunoto's Shirakiku 😋. Today it's warmed up to high temperature👍. The soft sweet aroma of the rice is perfect😍! It's getting colder and colder. I also drink Noto sake 😋. We drank at a fast pace due to the fact that our relatives were here 😱. Noto sake is great, there are many good sake like Shirakiku from Okunoto 😍. But you can hardly find any liquor stores that sell it 🤣. It is very rare to find a local liquor store where you can buy both Takeba and Okunoto Shirakiku⁉️🤔. Tachika has a great rich aroma of aged rice 😍. But I think the aroma of alcohol is a little bit bothersome when it's served cold or hot 😅. 😅😅 But if you drink it cold, you can enjoy only the aroma of rice 🎶. I can say that at any temperature. When you put it in your mouth, the delicious taste of rice spreads all over your mouth. It makes me feel like I'm enjoying sake to the fullest 😆. The acidity is just right to cleanse the palate and give it a nice sharpness 👍 It's too good to be poured with sake when you have salt-baked swordfish with grated daikon and ponzu vinegar. It's also great when paired with other dishes that are simmered. It would also be great with simmered dishes 🎶.

I think there is not much rice flavor? 🤔 Sake quality is clean and clear like crystal clear. It is an easy to drink sake with a nice sharpness😍.

I had no choice but to stop by my favorite coffee shop with Mr. Gonoi 😭 Today we went to a different brand of sake from a famous sake brewery in Sanuki Kuraudai 🍶. I bought it because it was pushed to me at the liquor store and I hadn't had it yet🎶. The aroma is clean and the rice aroma is stronger than the ginjo aroma 🤔. 🤔 The taste is citrus-like sweetness and sourness 😋. It's as clear as the aroma. Less sake-like 🤔. The bitterness and acidity that comes out in the aftertaste gives it a nice sharpness 👍 I think it is suitable for stand-alone sake, but it may also be good as a food sake. It is quite easy to drink and my family killed a four-pack of it in an instant 🤣. The 4th picture is the trophies from Gonoi 😍. In addition to these, we also bought a few bottles for backroom deals 😎. Please help me with my Tochigi offline 🙇♂️.

The aroma is sweet and ginjo like muscat 🍇😍. I don't get the slight fizziness that you'd expect from a nama-shu. but the gasiness is very strong 🎶. The taste is also very sweet, which is unusual for a Banshu Issen 😆. It tastes like muscat just like the aroma 🤔.
