There are still a lot of new sake and spring sake left 🤣.
I bought too much this season😜.
The aroma is sweet and ginjo like muscat 🍇😍.
I don't get the slight fizziness that you'd expect from a nama-shu.
but the gasiness is very strong 🎶.
The taste is also very sweet, which is unusual for a Banshu Issen 😆.
It tastes like muscat just like the aroma 🤔.

The taste of rice and a little bitterness appears.
You can taste it well without being lazy 😋.
The only thing is that the alcoholiness is a little bit bothersome and it is a little bit heavy like nama sake.
It's a little heavy like a draft 🤔.
I got hooked on Banshu Issen last year with the summer sake version of this.
I'm chasing it a bit this season 🤣.

I think they only had sweet ones in the label series with this kind of atmosphere 🤔.
The summer sake just came out in the middle of last month, so I think there are still some left 🎶.
