The aroma is a refreshing ginjo aroma reminiscent of citrus 🎶.
The taste is crisp and sweet with green apple 🍏, white grape 🍇 and banana 🍌 flavors.
A bit strong acidity for a Yamamoto 😋.
I think there is not much rice flavor? 🤔
Sake quality is clean and clear like crystal clear.
It is an easy to drink sake with a nice sharpness😍.
