Strong alcohol taste that comes on suddenly 😎.
The spiciness and sourness with impact is quite strong.
I had an impression that it was hard to drink.
But gradually sweetness was felt and it was surprisingly drinkable? 🤔
The rice polishing is low and the alcohol content is 17%.
Is it sake? The acidity is high enough to make you wonder if it's sake 💦.
How about trying it just to see what you are afraid of? It's a good idea 😁.

Most of the other sake had more subdued colors 🤔.
If you wrap the bottle with newspaper or something, direct sunlight is ok so you can manage 🤣.
