I wanted to drink a refreshing sake, so I opened the bottle!
It's delicious...
I should have drunk it sooner😋
Slightly refreshing and sweet aroma💕.
The gentle rice sweetness of Miyamanishiki is balanced
A crisp acidity that is not overpowering.
The aftertaste is slightly pungent and messy but
easy to drink without being overpowering😘
It goes well with all kinds of food!
Tochigi prefecture has a lot of beautiful sake.
I also recommend mochi (bo:) 👍
I️ also⭕ the attitude to be concerned about unfiltered and pure rice.
