I bought it with Abe at Jutoku Sake Sales near Ryokuchi-Koen Station. Walking from Senriyama station, I was surprised to see a high-end residential area. I'm not sure if it's a luxury residential area or not, but it's a bit of a stretch. The label and naming is very New Year's oriented! Ichifuji (Fuji with 24% polished rice) Nitaka (heavenly hawk) The rice is "nasuhikari" (eggplant) and all of them rhyme. It is very polished, but it is not only beautiful, but also has a sense of umami and complexity. The sweetness has depth, or rather, it seems to deepen with time. It has a rich pineapple-like sweetness, and the end is quite spicy. I imagined it to be just a beautiful and fruity sake, but it is quite unique.

bouken Good evening ^ ^ Congratulations on your 2100 check-in. Congratulations! 24% rice polishing ratio is amazing ✨! I wondered why there were one, two, two hawks and three eggplants. I wondered why it was called "One Fuji, Two Hawks, Three Aubergines", but it has a meaning, doesn't it👍.

BOUKE Good evening. It's not boxed, but it's a deja vu label! I have never had a bottle with 24% polished rice. I envy you!

Thank you Yu🎶😊. I'm now a New Year's Day and a Kiri number 😁. I'm wondering if the name "hawk" also means "hawk's claw" because Otawara City, where the brewery is located, is a production area of chili peppers. I wonder 😅
