Spring Sake & Nigorinpic0️⃣ 8️⃣
Today's sake is from Banshu, Hyogo Prefecture 😀.
I chose this sake because of the claim that it is inspired by the cherry blossoms of Himeji Castle 😀.
Originally, I had an image of Ryuriki as a dry sake, but this bottle and the name "Himeji Castle Cherry Blossom Sparkling" made me think of a sweet sake for spring 😀.
The bottle was opened easily even though it said to be careful not to open the bottle ❓❓❓.
The moment I slowly tilted the bottle to remove the supernatant, a lot of bubbles were generated and I couldn't remove the supernatant 🤣.
The aroma was strong, but the moment I put it in my mouth, the spicy and rich taste jumped into my mouth, and then the sweet and delicious cherry flavor rushed in ❓❓
I can't figure out if this sake is dry and heavy or sweet and fruity😅.
I think the taste is uneven because I didn't mix it properly with the rampant fizz, but I can't mix it any more, so I'll wait for the fizziness and taste to settle down and bring it back tomorrow for a taste evaluation 🤣.

Good evening, Mr. Yasube!
The label and the color of the sake are beautiful🌸I definitely think it tastes sweet and sour 😆 difficult to taste I'm looking forward to tomorrow when I'm a little calmer 🙂.

Good morning Yasbay 😃
Sometimes the top of the nigori can be surprisingly dry 😳I often find that the taste settles down after mixing, so I guess I'm hoping for the second day 😌.

Hi Pon-chan 😀
We've been drinking a lot of dry sake lately, which is unusual for our family, so today I'm going to open a bottle of sweet sake and compare the two 🤣.
I'm looking forward to seeing which way the taste will swing on the second day😇

Hi Rafa papa 😀
I'm sorry to say that this time I was able to open the bottle successfully, but the moment I tilted the bottle a bit, the automatic stirring started and I couldn't get the supernatant out 😀.
There are quite a few dry sakes with supernatant 🤣.
