Slightly gassy. Fresh, pear-like fruity taste. Overall, refreshing and perfect for the coming season. Tasted better than expected 😋.
The brewery has a strong image of Yamahai, but they also produce fruity sake. The Tengu Mai Fuyugin I drank before was fruity but dry. I think this one is more on the sweet side.
I didn't buy it last year, but it was the right choice.
