I asked them to start with sake, but they said they only had expensive sake today and that we couldn't have sake in the all-you-can-drink course. I agreed, so I went with the Hakurakusei. It's a little fruity and has a nice sharpness to it. 0.5 gou of sake goes down fast💦.
