This is the second Kuroryu Autumn Rise of the season, as the small bottle was so delicious! From the standing aroma to the hint of aroma, you can vaguely tell that it is dry. Purchased at Mochizuki Shoten at the end of the year. It was a complete jacket purchase. The dragon and the rabbit are cool and cute. When I drank it, the aroma was a little honey-like. It would have been interesting to drink it a couple of days later, but it was so delicious that I just couldn't stop drinking it. The last of the New Year's sake is Tazake. I bought it in September and had been accumulating it in bed for a long time. I endured wasting space in the fridge and my wife's complaints, I finally opened the bottle on New Year's Day. It has a gorgeous sweet aroma typical of junmai ginjo. This New Year's Day, I was looking for a sake that leaned more toward the classic style. I was looking for a sake with a more classic taste this New Year's, and I found Aki-shika and bought it. It was a new sake, junmai namaeshu, which is a fresh sake. It is fresh and has a good flavor of rice, The aftertaste is dry and clean. The last of the NEXT 5 is Ippaku Suisei. I finally got around to it. It is delicious. I regret why I didn't pick it up before. Since it was Christmas It was quite good with chicken and roast beef.

It feels like this season has arrived when the rush of nigori-shu begins. The muddy sake I drink every year is Senkou Yukidaruma, but this Hirotogawa Nigori has been my favorite for four years now. Like Yukidaruma, I can't buy the first release at all lol. Even the second release was completely sold out within 2 hours of its release. I had to buy a bottle myself, and the No. 4 bottle alone sells so quickly that I don't think it would be particularly problematic to triple the amount of bottles already produced. Why is that? The overwhelming sense of perfection when mixed with the muddiness. It's like a fresh pear with just a hint of melon (or maybe it's my imagination). The sweetness, umami, and acidity in the supernatant alone are well balanced, but when the nigari is mixed in, the richness increases, or rather, the umami and lactic acid impression characteristic of nigorizake is elegantly added and the sake becomes even more delicious. Yes, the good thing about this year's Hirotogawa nigori is that it has elegance or calmness! However, since I bought it in a bottle, it doesn't have much schwarziness thanks to the degassing stopper, so maybe that's why I feel it's calm. I drank it in 7-8 days and it did not deteriorate at all and tasted great. This is the most amazing point!

My favorite autumn sake from Tasake. This sake is made from Hana-Yuki, a cross between ⼭Danishiki and Hana-Fukuyuki. Gorgeous and fruity when opened.
